The words experiences in LA . Since I moved just problems with all service since my parking spot the apartment dirty seen allThis bad situation I just moved out in my first week here . And now after almost 2 months I moved out they still holding my money and Jenny was the manager yo helps us never have time or never have idea what is happening with our money we pay to them never move here dirty dangerous bad neighbors the worse management very sad and worry about people who’s is planning to move here

I would recommend not moving here. As an outsider, everything seems great until you actually live here.It is overpriced for what they actually provide. Upon renewal, they wanted to charge $3k for a 690sq 1bed/1bath/no parking spot. Packages are always missing/being stolen. Delivery drivers even leave packages in the lobby. There is no security on site so safety is a huge concern. I have found homeless people sleeping in the building lobby before and in the garage poking around.I do have to say Andrew is great and responsive.

I have been a Radius resident for 7 years. My wife and I appreciate a lot about Radius: the location of the building and the wonderful view of Immanuel Church, the design of the lobby, many thoughtful public areas, such as gyms, a swimming pool, public living rooms and an operated roof with gas fireplaces. We really used all this and quite often. High-level professional designed this building; absolutely everything was thought out and provided for, down to the smallest detail.Not long ago, the building halls were renovated and electronic locks were installed on the doors. A couple of months ago, a new fire alarm system was installed and the air conditioning and ventilation systems were checked. Thanks to the Smart Home, there is always a comfortable atmosphere in the apartment.The main thing I would like to note is the high level of service. Public areas are cleaned regularly and diligently. We have NEVER had any problems with service at Radius. Once there was a leak in the kitchen during our vacation, the unrivaled Alisha fixed everything and even removed the consequences of this universal flood! She even replaced the filters in our refrigerator so the ice was fresh again. Alisha was ALWAYS friendly and professional; it is a blessing when you deal with such a conscientious person. Another person who made our lives easier is Carlos. Carlos has saved our plumbing from clogs several times, as well as our washer and dryer. Carlos and Alisha are the guardian angels of Radius.I would especially like to mention manager Jenny Molina, whose human qualities make her created for working with people. Jenny always responded to our requests and helped with any difficulties that arose. A month ago, I and my wife went to visit our neighbors and we liked the layout of their apartment so much that we also decided to move to a larger apartment. We contacted Jenny and ended up moving into an apartment with exactly the same layout, on our floor!I recommend Radius to everyone who is thinking or doubting! You will not regret the choice you made.

Zach was the best!! He greeted me upon arrival and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property and all of the included amenities!! Everything looks so beautiful and new. Excited to be a part of this community! Definitely recommend!!

Lived in a studio in the 680 building from End of May 2023 to Mid January 2024 and it was an overall negative experience. It was located in a very convenient part of Koreatown, but there were way too many problems. Stolen packages, roaches everywhere in the building, and disputes over parking to name a few. It was far overpriced for what was offered (~2500 a month for a studio). The base rent was $1950, but $550 in fees every month is absurd. I will say the only great thing about Radius was the staff (specifically Andrew and Jenny). They were honestly SO helpful and friendly. There was recently a change and a new woman started working on-site and she is downright rude and unprofessional. I don't know her name (mainly because she didn't introduce herself at all). But she is foul. Overall, save yourself a few hundred dollars and live in a different building. Better yet, if you have the kind of budget to afford something that expensive, you should look at a few other luxury buildings around the block.

Don’t move here. The building staff is kind and helpful but living here is giving faux luxury. The units are small but modern. The security is basically not existent. Equity residential keeps taking away services and staff and raising rents. I have an ongoing issue with flies when I leave my patio door open and I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor is doing above me. They made a bunch of surface level renovations but do nothing to address the ongoing issues with missing/stolen packages since the removed they package lockers or try to address other more pressing issues. Renewing is a nightmare and the equity corporate staff hung up on me when I inquired where my renewal was 60 days before my lease expires. I’m moving from a tiny 1 br to a 2 br in another luxury ktown building and I’m going to save $400 a month. I can’t wait. Oh also there’s rats in the bushes out front, roaches scurry around the garage that I pay $150/mo to park in while people who don’t pay park along the walls, and the garage floods at least once a month and often they just leave it there for days before addressing it. I honestly can’t believe I lived here for three years. But also shout out and thank you to Alicia in maintenance, Jenny, Andrew and Marcus!!

Lived here for a year now and there’s ALWAYS some issue here. It’s a nice updated building, but the area is sketchy at night. There’s always something WRONG. the garage gate is always broken. The management is horrible. Maintenance can come in without asking (which is illegal) cause you agree on an app when you need service - we had an anxious dog and it’s not really ok to enter the unit without someone home but they continued to do so. Packages are always being stolen somehow. The rent may seem cheap, but the water and trash and other stuff is what makes it so expensive. When I say stay away I MEAN IT. This is the worst place I’ve lived in and I’m born and raised in Los Angeles!!! Avoid equity residential. There’s homeless people in the lobby and hallways at night and THEY LIVE IN THE STAIRS. tonight alone my roommate ran into a crazy homeless man in the lobby as she was exiting the elevators and he was rummaging through the trash trying to find gold and got really mad when he didn’t find anything. Very sketchy place to live. Not worth it go somewhere else for the money.

This review is for Alisha. She is so kind, thoughtful, and most of all a hard worker! While walking in the hallway she went up to me and asked if there was anything that needed to be fixed in our apartment and she was readily available at that moment to help! I cannot thank her enough for always helping and making life at Radius enjoyable!

I’ve had some problems regarding my lease here. However, Andrew and Marcus have been instrumental in helping me when I’ve had questions regarding my unit. Additionally, they’ve truly been helpful in easing my concerns with my lease and continue to help me when I need. Marcus and Andrew have made my experience at Radius Koreatown better.

We have some problems with our sink at the kitchen and toilet. I really appreciate with Alisha’s help, she is so fast to fix it all and really friendly to our family. She also put reminder on the faucet so that glue around our wastafel will secure properly. Good job Alisha ??
