Roselyn is the absolute best. She is professional, extremely competent, caring, personable, and just an amazing incredible woman. She always answers texts, calls, or emails, and has things ready right away. It’s like having a concierge pharmacy service. She deserves absolutely all the best. My husband and I are both doctors and we couldn’t recommend her enough as doctors and as patients ourselves.

I cannot say enough good things about Roselyn at R&D Pharmacy. She is not only a kind and empathetic person, she is also an amazing pharmacist who goes above and beyond to advocate for her customers. She always has my prescription ready within 15min of me letting her know that I need a refill and oftentimes is the one who calls and reminds me that my refills are due and ready for pickup.
She helped me get a refill while I was out of state during a family emergency and my prescription had expired and was not even due for another refill. She is a breath of fresh air in the world of medicine and I'm grateful to her every time I need a prescription because she makes it all feel so seamless and stress-free.
I cannot recommend her enough and am always raving to my friends about her!

Roselyn is such a caring pharmacist and gives a small town feel to Los Feliz. I use R&D for everything including boosters and flu shots.

For years I've gone to CVS for my medications. What a pain! Long lines and long waits on the phone when I needed to talk to a pharmacist. Roselyn is the exact opposite. There's two way communication which is prompt and knowledgeable. Picking up prescriptions is easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend switching over from any of the grocery stores or big pharmacies. It's simple to switch and I wish I had done it so much sooner!

Roselyn, the pharmacist is fantastic: she listens to you and give recommendations and suggestions. She has also great positive energy. In brief: you are getting great customer service that you don't get nowhere else! Switch to a local pharmacy and go talk to Roselyn!

It's so nice to have an alternative to the big grocery store pharmacies in the neighborhood. The staff is helpful, communication and prescription fills are fast, and the whole experience is about ten times as pleasant as going to Albertson's down the street.

I would like to recommend this pharmacy. Rosalyn is the owner and pharmacist and worked at the big chains (cvs, rite aid) for years before starting her own business. She is thoughtful, diligent and communicative. She fluidly navigates insurance and communicates about costs for brand v generic and is delightful. I really appreciate her knowledge and professionalism and it feels great to have such a nice store and resource in the neighborhood with the service missing in the larger chains.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to. When my doctor had trouble determining whether insurance would cover one of my prescriptions, Roselyn figured out how to make it happen (and saved me $400 in the process). The people here always remember your name and ask about your kids, and it just makes a big city like LA feel a bit more like a neighborhood. I would give them a million stars if I could.

I went here for a covid booster shot, but I'll be back for my regular pharmacy needs. The service was some of the friendliest I've encountered---they were able to accommodate me quickly, and when I arrived, I felt immediately right at home. Thanks for the great experience!
