If I could give this place, zero stars, I would. Every single time that I make an appointment at this location, I am seen at least 30 minutes after my appointment time. So then why am I making an appointment? Then, the nurse had the nerve to tell me that there’s only two nurses today, like that is my problem? Why were there slots available at this time if they did not have enough staff? I never received a message saying that my appointment was going to be pushed back or that my appointment was going to be canceled or rescheduled. Also, I come to bring my daughter who is two years old, and they say that they do not have the proper equipment to draw blood from her so to make an appointment at a different quest location, but they cannot guarantee that they will have the equipment either??? This whole company is super, they just went out places for unprofessional people to work out of. There is no kind of discipline or structure in this company

I was scared because of the negative reviews here. I went twice within a week, and Judith and Marlyn drew my blood and were so nice and kind. I’m liable to faint and I needed to take 12 vials of blood. I didn’t feel rushed and the ladies are so jolly and kind.

I set up an appointment for my wife on line. I was given a confirmation code. However when she went to have the blood test, she was told that she didn't have an appointment and they made her wait 4 hours to have her blood test.

Find any way to get out of coming here they will make you wait like cattle for hours despite being timely on check in

The place is okay. Ngl I had to wait 30 mins past my appt time. The phlebotomist lady was very nice but visibly tired. The company needs to hire front desk and not make nurses to deal with angry walk-ins. Also it’s impossible to make an appointment online. The system just say “loading” after you fill the information and nothing happens after that.So fix your damn website and hire someone to deal with arrogant people who didn’t bother to make an appt and then put their anger on poor nurses! Or stop accepting walk-ins. It’s just irresponsible. So many things can go wrong and there’s nobody to help you. Nobody to answer your questions. Ofc nurses not going to do that because it’s not their job!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Quest PSC. I waited over an hour and a half with 2 people in front of me that had been waiting 2 plus hours. Watch a phlebotomist call a patient twice and that person was not in the center missed appointment I'm sure, she went to the back the left the PSC and went to Vons came back with 3 bags of groceries. Perception is everything value your customers/patients so that will come back. Left went to Lab Coprs 10 mins away seen in less than 15mins.

I show up with a time sensative medical sample that was difficult to get in the first place. Sign on the door says they’re closed for an emergency for the entire day. No number to call. The quest customer service line is fully automated and the option to get more help directs you to their website. I have no wasted time driving there and back during the work day and need to completely redo my sample due to their utter incompetence. Livid.

I had a very positive experience at this location and also at the one in Santa Monica. People were nice. The place is nothing to look at but who cares? I’m just there to get blood work done and done quickly.

Do not click the alert by text option when checking in, it doesn’t work. I checked in at 3pm and asked for a text alert for my appointment and waited in my car. I didn’t receive a text after a while so I came back and they took me off the list. I told them and they didn’t believe me that I clicked the text option and made me wait I stand by. I waited 2 hours before I was seen.

Please do not go to this location! The lady who withdrew my blood was the worst(her name might have been Maria)! She had a horrible attitude from the start but that was the least of my concerns. She hurt me really bad multiple times while trying to withdraw my blood. She poked me twice because she couldn’t find my veins but was super aggressive and she used double tourniquet (rubber band) super tight on me which left me bruising. I have never had a bad experience like this today. She was also throwing things around and slamming her cabinets as if she was in a bad mood. If I could post a picture of the two needle holes and the bruising from the rubber she used I would. Horrible place and horrible lady.

Go to literally any other location than this one. Staff is not nice or helpful. Even with an appointment you will constantly wait. Waiting 40 minutes currently as I type this. They never get my lab orders in. I never had these problems until I started coming to this location. It’s closer but I will drive the extra couple miles to not come here ever again.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!For starters, the waiting room feels like a prison. The window is closed and shuttered and there is no human to help you. The only human interaction is when an employee opens the door to call a patient in. If you need help or want to ask someone a question, good luck to you; they will give you some terse response and then close the door in your face. The employees here are rude, lazy, and abrasive. It says the place opens at 8; a couple of them stroll in at 8:10 and then take another 15 minutes to call the first patient. Then within the first hour, several of them just walk out of the suite and go outside to talk or text on their phones instead of seeing patients.I had an afternoon appointment. Despite having an appointment, I waited in the waiting room for half an hour after checking in. When I was finally called in, they told me one of my tests had to be done in the morning and required fasting. Why didn't Quest notify me of this before I drove there and waited for half an hour? No idea. They told me to book the next available appointment, come in at 8 am and let them know that my blood work had to be done in the morning. So that's what I did. However, when I came back at 8 am and tried to tell one of the employees the situation, I was just told "there's other people here who have morning tests too so you'll just have to wait." When I responded that I did exactly what they had told me to do the previous day, the employee just shrugged her shoulders and said "we'll do what we can." I ended up waiting over an hour and when they finally called me in (after 9 am), they said I had missed the window for the test.I will never return to this location again. I've never experienced more miserable and inconsiderate employees than the ones who work here.

I am gonna start with the cons:I took an appointment over the phone and luckily I wrote the confirmation number they gave me. I tried to sign in 3 times without the code with my name and ID and it was telling me I didn’t have an appointment. Luckily I remembered the confirmation number and it finally found me. Be persistent and write it down or you will be put on standby.Pros: once I figured the check in I got called in less then 10 min. I am extremely scared of needles. I am in my late 30s and still quietly cry when I get my blood drawn. It is a true fear of mine. However not this time!! I was very nervous but Maria was kind, understanding and patient. She is a true angel. I closed my eyes thinking she was looking for a vein and by the time I told her to let me know when she was going for it she told me she was done. I mean come on Maria!! My admiration has no limit !! I can’t believe I was stressing for an entire 48 hours. THANK YOU!

I would avoid! I had the sort of experience that makes you wonder why people get into medical care when it seems like there is no interest in supporting patients.

This is for the lab on Centinela in Culver City. This is a friendly, efficient and professional service. Today, Judith drew my blood and it couldn't have been easier or more painless. She was friendly and happy and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I didn't even feel the needle go in. I've been to this branch 3 tines now and it's always like this. Thank you Judith and Quest!
