the fact that I had to sit there for a hour and half just to drop off a sample that requires me to do NOTHING, just drop it off is unprofessional, inconsiderate, inefficient, and amateurish. how you don't have a window...a person or a drop box for these things is ASTONISHING and just flat out ridiculous. And when I expressed my concern they said to make an appointment for the drop off!!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????????? MAKE AN APPOINTMENT JUST TO DROP OF A SAMPLE. I will be letting my Dr.s know I don't want to deal with such an unprofessional lab and request ANY OTHER LAB. They think you have all day to waste sitting in a waiting room to drop off a sample. it's just rude, thoughtless, and inconsiderate to treat patients like that.

Had to wait 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time - and I was fasting!! The waiting room was full of angry, confused people with questions. This location is the same every visit. YOU NEED A FRONT DESK STAFF!!!
I will *never* use Quest again.

Terrible phlebotomist does not know how to draw blood. Used a 16 inch needle not even a butterfly. Still bruised 12 days later. Don't go here!

A system that doesn't progress at all; you have to wait 2 hours for 7 people to go ahead of you in the line. On top of that, they erased my name from the list just because I went to my car and came back, and they asked me to register again. The staff is not friendly at all. I do not recommend this place. I was here because my insurance referred me.

It took 4 visits to finally get my blood work done. QD system is terrible. The worse I’ve experienced. It’s difficult to make an appointment. It’s difficult to do a walk-in because it may take up to 4 hours to be seen. The employees seem to hate their job. I will Never recommend anyone to Quest Diagnostics.

I can not believe this Quest has only 2.5 stars. I have never had a problem. When I walked in today, at my appointed time, the waiting room was full. I was like, oh no I’m going to be here forever. So I was called in 2-3 minutes after I checked in. To find out, all those people in the waiting room were for standby. I was pleased that they take care of the people first, who have an appointment. Marlene, who called me in was very kind as usual. I’ve had her a few times before. Be sure you make an appointment, because that standby stuff is for the birds. Keep up the good work, Quest!!

My tech was wonderful; she took great care of me; has a delightful attitude and works quickly and expertly. I make it a point to always go to the same location... it would be great if you could ask for a technician by name; i would if i could.

Everyone was professional and the wait was nothing. I never have to worry about my small veins there. The staff is Pro!

Had appointment and still had to wait one hour+. Should have received communication given staff was aware they were running an hour behind due to being understaffed.

Conveniently located and clean facility. I made an appointment and was seen within 4 minutes of my appointment. My medical assistant was very pleasant and the blood draw was quick and easy!

Last time the samples of the blood of my husband disappeared, 3 bottles. And no one answers any phone. So, there was no way to ask anyone what had happened! Yes, he has Quest acct, but it is not helpful in this case. This is a total miscommunication with the patients!!!
