The best service and location! Ryan is very good, no pain at all. I’ve been to other Quest locations but this is so far is the best for me. There is paid $10 parking fee but it’s ok for me because the service is fast and excellent. Other locations have free parking but the waiting times and locations are not as good as this Quest location. Highly recommend this branch for lab test and more.

I don't know what's up with all the bad reviews here. Parking for the building was a bit bad, but can't be helped due to how busy the place is. I got there right on time for my appointment, checked in, and was seen within ten minutes. I was in and out of there under thirty minutes, and the staff member there was really nice and professional. No bruising, no constant stabbing to find the vein, etc. Greatest experience I've ever had at a Quest Diagnostics, and happy to go back for future appointments!

The lady that took my blood hurt me by shoving the needle in many angles in one draw it was very painful .then after that she stuck me in the hand I wish I someone better it was poor profomments and painful I was glad to get out I regret going their again

Extremely rude, unprofessional staff. The 2 females working today 01/29/24 are so incompetent. Every single patient walking in experience the same. From staff had the nerve to ignore a blind person. Giving her instructions knowing she can't see. Got upset that patients has to stand up and point out that she was blind. Please hire individuals that like working with patients. These two are beyond help. Only time it's a pleasant visit is when the male front staff is working. I'm also contacting your new CEO with a recording on these two. I expect nothing but a immediate termination.

Informed the morning of an 11 am appointment that this location would be closed for the day due to maintenance.This made it challenging as I already had taken my sample I need to turn in that morning so they wouldn’t spoil.This caused me to be a walk in at another location which took an hour to be seen. Really inconvenient when you have to schedule around work.

Waste of my time. No email or anything notifying me to update my appt location. Paid for parking as well. Completely unprofessional.
