Older woman at the front desk was rude as hell, and honestly don't bother with the last appointment at 4:10pm arrived on time she spent 10 minutes complaining that they were closing at 4:30 pm instead of doing her job. She was very loudly complaining that they would have to leave at 5 pm if they were lucky. The taking of blood took 10 minutes max. A very unpleasantly experience is also hard to find and no parking that I was able to find. Go elsewhere if possible.

I have an appointment this beverly location. But the front desk lady didn’t find her name was Robin around 55/60 years old. Maybe system was error. I told her my 5 years old daughter is on fasting. She said doesn’t matter right now everyone here on fasting. She compare the Adult persons with ny 5 years old kid. There are all over 30 years old people. She was so rude I ever seen.

The ladies are always so kind when I'm here. I actually had to come back later that same day and one of the phlebotomists remembered me.. I can't imagine how many people she'd seen that day so it was truly lovely to be recognized. Plenty of street parking but they do have a garage as well. Bonus is that there's a donut shop just across the street :)

Ruby and Maria had phenomenal customer service! I was running late to my appointment not to mention I fast all day for my blood work. These ladies made it happen for me! I appreciate you ladies, keep up the good work!

Had a good experience here. Everyone was professional. There is some free street parking nearby. Reasonable wait time even though I was a walk-in.

Upon my arrival, Maria and Ruby exuded warmth and friendliness. Their assistance was invaluable, and they conducted themselves with utmost professionalism. They quickly put me at ease, creating a comfortable environment. Having visited numerous Quest locations, I must say this one stands out as the epitome of professionalism and patient care. In stark contrast, my experiences at other locations have often been marred by rudeness and disrespect. Without a doubt, this will now be my go-to location, and I will enthusiastically recommend it to my family, friends, and medical peers.

The older Filipina lady was very rude and unfriendly. I learned from my other friends .That she has some attitude problem. She refuses to give urine container to take home after i waited over one hour to give a urine sample and i was not able.. Very unfriendly person. I will never go there again.

Very rude and unprofessional older Filipina lady. She get upset at everything. I got upset at me because i took over a minute to enter my information on the monitor. There was not one waiting behind me. Still told me that i am taking forever to finish. She was sitting and doing nothing. I don't know her problem . I will never go there.

Had to book a last minute appt here and I will not be returning. They are definitely overbooked and understaffed as I waited almost an hour for my appt that was at 11, and didn't realize they close from 12-1. I got seen right before they closed up and they only have 1 bathroom for urine tests, and I was barely in the bathroom 2 minutes and the older front desk lady knocked on the door asking if I was done because another patient was waiting! I did not want to be rushed or wait any longer at this place, so I decided to book a separate appt at a different quest to do just my urine test! Unbelievable! This place deserves 0 stars but they got 2 because Maria R. was their kindest employee,drew my blood quickly, and helped me book another appt to complete my urine test.

I had an app for my mom and got there 10 mins late and couldn't work with their check in system, they all resisted to help me to use the machine to check my mom in. It took me half an hour to be able to put my name in the standby list. They helpedus after couple hours. I came here again the next week to get my blood test and I saw the same lady who resisted to step out to help me the week before is out in the lobby and helping other people. I was surprised that Ty they're helping latinos but not me! When I checked in for my 8:30 app, the system gave me an appointment for 10:30 when I tried to talk to them they told me I don't have any proof of confirmation and started calling the security cause I asked them why they only help people who speaking Spanish!

I booked my appointment online and checked in on the app it was a very easy and fast process. However, the first technician an older lady was rude and refused to withdraw my blood. My veins are complicated but not impossible and i’ve never had a healthcare professional refuse me ever. Maria R. then came and withdrew my blood she was fantastic. Very kind and understanding. MARIA R. thank you!!

This location was easy to get to - I made an appt online and the staff were friendly. The results were unfortunately taking days to play when they were status ready for release 3 days ago. The phone lines are also terrible and a customer service loop which keeps you from speaking with a person. I went in person and thankfully Maria R at the Beverly location was incredibly helpful. She should be rewarded for how competent, patient and friendly she is. With a lesser capable person I would have been screwed as I needed labs for surgery Monday and today is Friday. Huge thanks to Maria R. - Quest, work on your customer service.

Much smoother and quicker than many quests I’ve been to. Staff had the documents I’d faxed them ready to go and were pleasant throughout the interaction.
