I had an excellent experience in this unit. The team connected, Magali and Ruby were two prepared employees and for an emergency service, I was unpretentious, “walk in” and it took 30 minutes to be seen and with the laboratory full. I was very satisfied with this laboratory.

The phlebotomists at 500 S Virgil are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Juana and the other big Latina with black and burgundy hair speak to patients with condescension and no empathy. The energy in that location is very dark and unwelcoming. I would never want my loved one to have to go Quest at that location or be supported by their staff. There needs to be an investigation conducted on the staff in that facility.

The worst place that people can visit, staff members are not professionals to deal with the patients. The old lady who works here is terrible, mean, cruel, and unpolite. Quest only seeks the money that comes from all the tests they performed, but they don't care about making patients feel comfortable and the lack of communication with patients. Staff members are rude and mean. They are cruel with walkings so they shouldn't take any walkings.

Ruby was so very nice. She made genuine conversation while being very professional and detailed. She made my day! Please give this woman a raise as she deserves it 10 times over.

I will be back at this location—Ruby was such a sweet, excellent phlebotomist. Put me right at ease, was very accommodating, and made sure I was comfortable. That went a long way in creating a welcoming environment.

You canceled my daughter's appointment, because you couldn't get the lab order by fax, and you had connection or fax problems. Doctor's office couldn't send the order by email, which is a very stupid restriction.
Long story short, it's a few weeks that we cannot do that tests.
Your worker had to call dr office and ask them to email that order, but noone was intend to help.
So zero star for your recent services.

The two ladies at the 2105 Beverly Blvd., Ste 105, Los Angeles, CA were very helpful, kind and patient with my mother who has mobility issues and also is a "hard stick" due to small veins. I also noticed that they took care not with just my mother, but also with other patients as well.

My comment is that the receptionist is not very friendly, she doesn't even say good morning to us, but the nurse who took my blood is very kind and has a good heart and feelings.

I waited for an chest X-Ray my appointment was at 2PM and I got there 20minutes early and I was called and driving home at 2PM. that is the only X-Ray place I go to
