2/27/24 I have to admit, the facade is hella shady looking lol. But why a 4 star? I will overlook the outside view, the small parking lot but my experience was pretty good. I had a 2pm appt and entered the facility at 1:45 and there were 2 kiosk to check in. There was no one there and I was skeptical already. I entered my phone number & it asks for my ID as it instructs me to place it to be scanned. Then it asks if I want to use my insurance to pay for today's appt & if so to scan my insurance card, done. I wait about 3-5 minutes & more customers roll in and my name is called. The staff who took me & performed the necessary requirements is named America. She's friendly & efficient. She proceeds to ask appropriate questions, then informs me what the appt will entail: vital signs, labs & a urine sample. She draw my blood w/o any issues. She directed me to the restroom to provide the sample and just like that, I was done. Easy peasy! Maybe I just got lucky because when I left, there were about 6 people waiting to be seen. This location did a good job providing the necessary services.

My mom used to come here, said the staff is really rude to the elderly that don't know how to use the iPad. I used to work in health care and treated my patients with respect.

3 stars because they do get the work done. My bloodtest are completed and I get the results within a reasonable amount of time. This time, the phlebotomist was great. Good bedside manner, quick but not hurried.But everything else. 1 star. The lobby was so hot and you step inside the lab portion and it's nicely cooled. The bathroom was atrocious. It was dirty, papers on floor, no toilet paper and just bad. I know they aren't using this bathroom for themselves. With so many patients, many elderly at this location, it needs regular cleaning.And this location struggles so badly with the English language and the computers. I see them try and try and lose their appmt because they can't log in. And they knock and knock and the techs Rarely come out to help. I get A lot of bloodtest and try to avoid this one. And when they do come out, they look so annoyed. Other customers help them, clear privacy issues there you are creating.Oh and there's a little box for business cards in case you need additional help or want to complain, but it's empty! No business cards means you don't want to hear from us. And yes it's always been empty. I'll be adding my review to Google as well but not much difference it'll make. Like most of us, we have to use your company for insurance reasons.

Horrible service.Workers are disrespectful and unhelpful.You get disrespected for asking a simple question.Place is ridiculous , should be closed down.

It's the 4th time I go with my son. Every time I go there's always an issue first he had an appointment at 2:40 he walked in and they told him it was close already when they close at 3pm. Second time we go turns out they didn't have the test he had to get done. 3rd time I go they said they still hadn't have the lab work he needed to get done so I told the lady I was going to email it to them it was 2:50 again they close at 3:00pm she told me we are closing in 10 minutes and I told her I have them here she said ok then she said will be closing in 3 minutes she told us to wait in the leaving room 2 minutes she went to us and told us they had to close. 4rd time I go I was 5 minutes late because I had a doctors appointment across the street and I told the lady in the front seat I tried calling her answer was oh well we don't answer calls and you are late you either sign up as a walk in or reschedule I had asked her how long is the walk ins? She said a long time I had asked her give it take how long she said I don't know a long time. They are so rude I will never go again in my life they got some bad attitude and they don't help at all. I seriously don't recommend it to anyone else i had a lot of bad experience. If they don't like there job they shouldn't be there in The first place! They are not helpful at all and so rude.

I WISH I could rate this location 0 stars! They have TERRIBLE service! I read the reviews and they were just what I expected! The receptionist is very rude, hostile, & has no respect for their clients. I have attended this location multiple times and each occasion is always the same. I get yelled at for merely asking or answering a question! I try to reason with her (i’m not one to get frustrated with an employee), but she doesn’t care at all for clients. She is always on her cellphone too! I’m surprised they still have business at this point because the amount of people who have complained should have had her fired! Every employee who withdraws my blood is the sweetest and they always have patience for those who have a hard time with the process. HOWEVER, the receptionist with the blonde hair is NOT patient or respectful. I have so much to say, but it is nearly the exact same experience as the other reviews!

they cant Hire one person to answer the phone.. cant make an appointment because the dumb robot answering machine cant hear.. and they dont want you to show up in person so.. are they getting paid to not work ?

I am there almost every 3 months, I am going there is because I dont have other choice at these times . the Teq people are ok, ( sometimes) but the front people ........wow!!!! they should change their attuited toward clients. when you work with people should have manner and courtesy .They treat clients like they have uncurable disease.

I was there today without appointment...the staff is rude..I can understand it was a long wait but still 2 hours is alot...specially when they were just walking around and taking their time to do everything...the main problem was the lady drawing my blood...she couldn't find my vein...poked me 2 times...the one she did on hand still hurts...finally another lady came and took my blood...no parking there too

i will not be coming to this quest again. i have been to quest before and not need an appointment. i was there at 6am there were two peop in front of me who got seen. i waited over 40 min and never called my name. i finally asked why they called all these other people. they claimed they all had appointment.my doctor told me i had to go by 7am but did not say i would need an appointment.I look online it said they take 6 appointment an hour and there were two people in front of me. there were more than three people after and two guys. all the others got seen. i had to ask why they didnt call me and if they would see me by 7. staff never said anything just had me wait even though they knew they wouldnt see me.they had to have lied if they take six appointment per hour. i paid 25$ for an uber there to get there in time by 7am. i will not be coming to quest again.

Phlebotomy people are so rude. They need to remember when there parents have blood drawn, someone can treat them the same way. RUDE. Never going back to this location.
