If I could leave a 0 star review. I would. The people here are extremely unkind and rude. Especially an older lady with black hair and short side bangs. With the amount of horrible reviews this place needs new management, new employees or just needs to be shut down. Take your money/ time elsewhere

They wouldn't take any walk ins after 1 pm because the guy working there had paper work to do. I really needed the lab work done and have been feeling quite sick so I didn't appreciate the inflexibility and insensitivity. Glendale lab on Verdugo.

Our family has been going to this particular location for over 10 years. We've never had any issues although I had a super uncomfortable and unprofessional experience today from one of the staff members. I had to drop off a sample for my daughter and the woman who assisted me and her passive aggressiveness was just bizarre and unprofessional. I understand having a bad day but this was beyond inappropriate from a healthcare provider. It would concern me that someone this inadequate in basic human communication is dealing with some of the most vulnerable people in our community.

That was the fastest blood test I have ever had in my life. My appointment was at 8:10 AM. I arrived at 8:06, checked in by 8:09, called at 8:13, and I walked out the door at 8:17. The phlebotomist was deadpan and matter-of-fact, which I guess could be seen as having a less-than-stellar bedside manner, but that is something that does not personally bother me. When I can get in and out of a blood test in LOS ANGELES of all places in less than 15 minutes, I'd let the phlebotomist call me a little bitch for wincing while the needle went in for all I care. Next time I need a blood test, I'll definitely be coming back here. I want to add, the woman in the waiting room helping people check in at the two available tablets was amazing. She was kind, cheerful, and witty, which was so refreshing at 8 in the morning on a Monday. I wish I had gotten her name; she had grey hair and glasses and spoke fluent Spanish and English with the patients.

I have no idea how they allow people with NO BEDside manner WORK in this field. I gave Angela M my phlebotomist today my paperwork. The first thing she said was "it's 9:40 this blood test is for the morning. I said it's 940 am is until 1159am." She said "it has to be done between 7-9am" She was NASTY responding to me. She was going to keep my paperwork & I said "I need to take a picture of that to make sure it's in the system." She said it's in the system" I still need the picture." She hands me the paper I said my purse is & I pointed." She said "okay." I was trying to inform her that the vein was deflated since I had bloodwork done for 2 other drs on Friday it was 12 tubes(today is Tuesday). She began humming so then she was fixing to find my vein In my right arm & I said " the vein there pops up and then hides." She hummed louder & smirked. She couldn't find the vein yes she continued to search between the glove being to big & my vein playing hide and seek I was over it. I'm irritated, but & just need to get the heck out of there, I said the vein on the side will give you blood she laughed. I was counting to 10 when she turned my arm & inserted the needle sideways the vein runs north to doubt and she went in west! I said "That will leave a bruise" she didn't even say another word. I said "give me the paper to sign..." the bruise has now began to form

Always very nice and professional. I go at least once a month and they've always get blood on the first try. Not all places don't.( not says where the other places is.)

The worsts experience ever. Will never go back to this place. They did not want to accept me although I had my order in hand and were asking me that the order has to be fixed from my Dr's office which was closed on that day. They did not provide any instructions for a urine test! And when I asked for the instructions, the lady explained it to me with a very bad attitude.

I usually have no unsatisfaction at the other Quest. But this location i was really unhappy at first time . Looks like a People who work there little bit stressed out due to the employee s shortage or something. Its not customer's fault. Way too busy ,over booked even they can not even handle all the customers waiting, greedy management , unorganized , Long line, long wait , all no! no! no!

Fast and friendly. Make sure to bring in your insurance card and Lab order as they do not save files from previous visits. I say this because while this was the first time going in for me it seemed to be the issue with people who came in after me and taught that the insurance information would be saved for them from previous visit. So it has to be brought every single time.

Best combination ever. Being sick, needing results, having them botched, ignored, or misplaced. And no human communication what so ever. I have tried several of their automated options hoping it would lead to human contact. Their machines can't tell me how they screwed up my order or why my doctor can't get the results for over a week. I mean, I'm not sure they're better, but I'm switching to LabCorp

This location is by far my preference of choice to get my mothers bloodwork done. . I've taken my mother to varies Quest locations. This location is friendly, right as you walk up to the entrance and check in with the hall staff and then when you enter to admitting. Very clean and most importantly seats are spaced out for social distance. I truly appreciated Emily for being a true professional and getting Marlowe for doing my mothers bloodwork. My mother did not feel any pain. so Thank you 1127 Wilshire Quest for your service in providing my mothers bloodwork and not giving her any discomfort.

Wow I wish I read the reviews before coming here but it was the only location I could find an appointment fast and close to me... I got my blood drawn and it was so freaking painful!!! The lady rushed and didn't look like she cared if she hurt me! It's true what they say on the other review, the staff is too young and not trained well. If you gonna work in the medical field you need to be more empathetic. Horrible place. Never coming back.

Came in here for company drug screening and the person who did it was very professional and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the interaction. However, I had some issue with the receptionist/front desk person. She was a bit unprofessional and rude. I prepared my documents, had to fight traffic, found parking, arrived early, and did my due diligence and homework, and made sure I was prepared but was not sure if I need to drink water before. Some drug testing places give you water because they want a certain amount of urine.The receptionist/front desk person rudely told me that it was my fault if I didn't drink beforehand and if were to drink now, I would have to wait another 30 minutes after for the test to work properly.I read on the Quest Diagnostics website, I looked at my email, my company email, and any instruction given to me. I DID NOT SEE any information regarding drinking beforehand. I would definitely ask Quest Diagnostics, BUT I could not reach a person because the appointment system is all automated. (one downside of automated appointment) Maybe put this as an instruction. Luckily, I had enough urine, BUT I frankly would like the receptionist/front desk person to not take it out on a person who is just doing a normal drug screening and do it in a more professional manner because we want to do it smoothly.I get that this job may be stressful and am trying to empathize but receptionist/front desk person (she/her) need to be more professional.
