the person who took my blood was really good. i went different hospital to take my blood but i ended up with the bruise. since i met her on that location i always go to her.she is good of what she does. and she is always nice and welcoming

TBH my experience at Quest Diagnostics today was beyond my expectation and I don't understand why it only has a 3.0 rating on Google Maps. (Also I didn't find any high rating lab in LA area, which is weird?)
The facility was clean, the phlebotomist was doing her job fine, she located my vein quick and easy. The check-in at kiosk was actually pretty smooth, but I understand it might be difficult for elderly people (you can reach out for human help too).
Garage parking is $3 per 15 minutes, $13 max.
Overall I'd recommend checking this location out for lab tests.

I had an appointment with them recently and the nurse was amazing! She was super professional and caring.Wait time was only 5 mins with an appointment. Definitely a good experience.

With an appointment, I never spend here more than 20 minutes. Also, last time I passed out after blood draw and the staff took good care of me, very understanding. I honestly have no clue how they have 3 stars. It’s my go-to place for testing.

Missing test. It's on the order, but results did not show. Doctors asked why was 2 test missing? I called Quest customer service and they need to look into. Hope I don't have to go back in for a 2nd poke. This location hard to find parking as well. But it's faster than other locations if you do find a space.

Why do they keep Yuko at the front desk? She is consistently rude even to the point of being cruel and makes everything about herself, sharing her personal info, and acting outrageous, while everyone just ignores her behavior? Is she a relative of someone who works there? The nurses on the other hand, were friendly, efficient and fast. Plus they accepted me as a walk in. Two and a half stars, because the person who meets you at the front desk makes a HUGE impact
