My orange Tabby named Kitty has been seeing Dr. Harrison for over 4 years. He only saw her for physical exams and flea medication since he had never gotten sick. This year I noticed that he was not his usual self so I brought him in for a check up. Dr. Harrison checked him and ordered lab work. I waited for the results and no one ever called me. I tried calling back for weeks but there was no answer or a return call. Finally after 2 weeks the receptionist answered the phone and told me that my cat had crystals in his urine and would need a special diet. I asked to speak to Dr. Harris but she was not available so I asked for a return call. The doctor never called me back. It took them another week to give me the prescription for my cats special diet. I am very disappointed on my community veterinary. They are very negligent with your pets health needs. Please do not go here if you don’t want to experience the same. I’ve been taking my cat to another Veterinarian Clinic and he is doing much better now.

This was my first visit. I needed my dog to be taken care of due to his brain tumor. The staff answered my call right away. I was scheduled and they explained the details. They had the best price. I was worried that something could go wrong, without reason.
The staff greeted me at the door and I wept loudly as we entered room 1. The doctor came in within minutes. She has such an amazing and calming manner. We talked and went through with the process.
This was a gut wrenching experience made so much softer by the professionalism of the staff and the doctor here. I highly recommend.

Great prices and the vet is very experienced. Took care of my dog with enlarged heart up until he passed at 14 years of age, and also performed successful hip surgery on my friends dog.

I was trying to get euthanasia info for my senior dog and in trying to do so the receptionist just left me on hold and never answered the call again… I couldn’t even get in the door to put my baby to rest.

This is really a great clinic for my 16 and 2 year old dogs. The staff here really care about your animals and the doctor is amazing with pets. She immediately knew my golden doddle had an ear infection and had been having some itching. Worth the wait!

This has to be one of the worst experiences of my entire life with pet care. Quality animal clinic's Doctor (Dr. Harrison) is a negligent person who does not return calls especially when it is in dire need. I have been fortunate enough to have 14 dogs in my lifetime, and it's different medical needs and have gotten excellent care for them. When I took my 6 month GSD for lab work because i started seeing changes in his eating habits I called immediately for labs. First the receptionist neglected to tell me that a fecal sample would be needed. Which I would have gladly gotten for them. I then took in my older GSD for a procedure, and asked if the results where ready. The receptionist gave them to me. I became very concerned because some levels where high ( I work in medicine) and asked for the doctor to please call me. the doctor never called me back with results. I have called up to 15 times trying to receive my results. I am frustrated, and I still need them and still have not hear back and we are well over a week out. I do not claim to know exactly what my dog has, but regardless I know that there is something wrong and a course of action (treatment, diet change, medicine) needs to take place. I am appalled and disappointed on my community veterinary, I had faith to spend my time, energy and resources there to keep it in the community. Please do not go here so you do not experience the same. I will be taking my pet elsewhere and I hope this facility can get their act together and never do this to someone else.

This vet is a great gem on Crenshaw Blvd. Dr. Harrison is great and contrary to some of the reviews on here I have had excellent experiences with ALL staff. My only caveat to this 5 star review is they are appointment only and so busy (and I'm assuming understaffed) that if you have an urgent need for an appoint they won't necessarily be able to see you, in my experience, for 1-2 weeks from when you call. That said, the care and responsiveness we've received from this clinic is great. It's fairly easy to get appointments for shots and treatments (ie gland expression) that you don't need to be seen by a doctor. The care is extremely affordable. I think I paid $35 for annual exam fee and ~$60 for three vaccines, $25 for glands. Overall definitely highly recommend, but if you have something urgent I would recommend having a secondary vet office that you may be able to use for any overflow needs.

I've been coming here for about 4-5 years and they do great work! They truly care for your pet and don't over charge. The only downside is the wait time can sometimes be long and you may have to wait for an appointment for 2-4 weeks. So if you need to schedule, call well in advance. I will say the even with those two downfalls I will not stop coming here. I really appreciate this practice and highly recommend it!

Great local business! We've been taking all of our pets here for a few years. Dr. Harrison and her staff have done a great job with them. We've had everything done including general checkups, teeth removal, vaccinations, flea treatments etc. and could not be more happier with the results. The facility is clean and wait times are minimal. Overall this is a great place to take your little one!
