They have a new owner & dealer is now "Dryve Car" DOT NO COME HERE, I am 21 & a first time buyer, I came here for a Mercedes c300 2015 98000 miles for 20000$ & was told it had a check engine due to a sensor however, battery was loose & engine was extremely hot. I still decided to proceed with the contract because I was told the car would be an easy fix and would be ready within a day yet they wanted me to wait 3days so I decided To cancel the contract. They charged me 300$ for a "cancellation fee". I came to Lax automotive & was told the contract i had sighted was a huge scam. I was going to be paying 650$ as a car payment & was not building my credit as they used their bank to finance & they told me otherwise.

Purfect experience nothing else like it I wasn't being approved at any other dealer and then with the help of the manager Axel I was able to dryve off with a 2014 corvette with just 3000 down definitely do recommend this family owned business.

Worst car dealers !! Stay 100 miles away from these scammers.. nothing but problems!!! I bought a 2012 dodge challenger in january with 93,500 miles and put 2500 miles on the car in 5 months. I changed the oil first week just to know when to change it again. Which was fine, then I had to change the thermostat 2 weeks after buying the car. I didn't get my tags for 3 months, i had to contact the finance company just get my tags.. that's not even the worst thing. Now the heads on the car are shot. When I contacted Julio about sorting this out he said it must of been the way I drove the car. It literally sits in my driveway, i have a truck and drive a company truck to work and back. I drive the challenger only on the weekends and to the store and back. It hasn't even had it's First oil change since i changed it first week, and the heads to the car are bad. Dodge told me $4500.00 to fix it. Bottom line is stay away from these guys! Next thing is to go to the dealer and tell anyone and everyone who steps foot on their property to never do business with these guys. Stay away!!
Since I cannot put another review after reading your ignorance. Pepboys installed the new thermostat, flushed out the whole coolant system and replaced the hoses. How does a car with whole new coolant system , 96,000 miles , and minimum use blow it's heads unless it was a previous condition? Why would your tech fix something for $750.00 and dodge who makes the car is gonna charge $4500.00.. the car was $12,500 now 5 months later I gotta spend $4500.00 to fix it??!! That's the opposite of why anyone buys a vehicle thinking their getting something they can rely on and not have to repair in the first 5 months of purchase, MAJOR repairs at that.. how does a car overheat when it's used only for leisure use. 2 weeks out from buying the car from purfect car, the check engine light went on and it needed new thermostat. So I fixed all issues connected to the thermostat so that it would not overheat. I have done nothing but baby that car and this is how u do business , blaming the customer. I work In construction and if something is not built to standard and is not meeting customer satisfaction or if i have failed inspection, Last thing I do is say well it must be the material or your fault. Your a horrible business owner and it's ok. I will handle this issue correctly. I have to fix the car and 5 months After purchase from your horrible business, gonna sell the car , god knows what else I'm gonna let happen to it so gonna cut my losses.. just listen to this guy people and his response. Buy from them at your own risk!!!!
Do yourself a favor and stick to legit dealship. I know I have learned my lesson..

This place lied to me. I recently just bought a car here cash. When finalizing the contract, it was agreed that I would get the registration taken care of for the whole year which was included in the fees that I was charged. Now I get the registration in the mail, which is only good for 2 months leaving me to renew my registration two months from now. When I called to address the issue, they blamed it on DMV which I do not believe is true because I just called DMV and they said they gave me different information. Very disappointing. Nothing compared to when the previous owner was there.

this was my first time buying a car and i was clueless to say the lease. i wasnt very experience with how the car buying process was. i was nervous bc of course i didnt want to be taken advantage of either. i was referred by a friend to contact Axel because he had just bought an acura from him. i called him and was quickly helped. i was looking for a 2016 honda. i was sad that i didnt see the car i wanted on the lot, but he told me they offered auto broker assistance where they could fine me the car i wanted. i didnt even know they could do this. point is they made my experience easy, and comfortable. i will definitely recommend them to my friends/family.
