They always provided me with nice customer support and enterprise server hardware in its Sao Paulo - Brazil DC. There is a very complete user portal so you can manage your servers (including out of band KVM/IPMI support).

I just want share a very positive experience with the people who work here. They maintain the reverse DNS zone for a range of IPs that I work with, and we needed to change the PTR record to point to the actual domain name that is currently using that IP address. I reached out to them, and they were very prompt in responding and fixing our issue. And neither my colleagues nor I have any account with them! Do business with these guys. They'll take good care of you.
