Absolutely do not use or trust Providence Accounting Group or Ty for your taxes. We’ve been going to Ty for 3 years to get our business taxes done. After little to no communication with Ty, we decided to go elsewhere for our taxes this year. Upon completing our 2021 taxes, we learned from the IRS that Ty has not filed our business taxes in the entire 3 years!! This is partly our fault for trusting that Ty was getting this done and holding true to his commitment, but to take our money, time and put our business at risk is completely unacceptable, unethical and fraudulent. We are reporting him to the IRS, ASAP!

We made the mistake of letting this guy prepare our taxes and turns out he never sent my taxes. He also put income I never had, so I will be reporting him to the IRS ASAP.

Avoid at all costs. A friend referred Ty to me and all was well at first. He was eager to accept me as a new client and that's worth at least 1 star. Fast forward to today, poor communication, or rather ZERO communication. The most unbelievably unprofessional encounter of any profession I've had to date.

Did my taxes with turbo tax up until 2013 and was pretty confident I knew all the tips and tricks. Started a business in 2014 and was pretty much forced to solicit the services of an accounting firm......let's just say the service was nowhere near what I expected. In 2016, I stumbled upon Providence and gave them a try and I believe it was the best thing that's happened to me in my adult life! This angel named Ty not only got me the biggest return EVER, he went back and corrected returns for 2013, 2014, and 2015 for even more cash! Had to be the luckiest time of my life because I went to him in March and the cut off to correct my 2013 return was April!!!!! No one ever told me that it was even possible to go back and correct returns filed in previous years. He has definitely earned a lifetime client.

Everyone here is so professional, the place is soooo nice, great coffee, great staff and my taxes look great. I had a very small issue with a prior year tax return, they were able to get the irs on the phone and clear it up, they are pretty busy, but even tho the lobby was full, I was in and out in 2 hours, not bad.

Ive taken my business to other accounting agencies previously and never seem to get even close to the same quality of service, as I do here with Providence Accounting Group. I have worked with them for a couple years now and they always do a great job. I would recommend their services to my friends and family.

Like the reviews state, they’re very effective, effecient and extremely knowledgeable. Either that or I’m easily impressed, either way I got broken even and I only had to pay 50 dollars

I could cry right now, I was overwhelmed with receiving 18 1099 forms from all the acting gigs I worked last year. How on earth did they put all the pieces together so fast, and quite frankly I only paid 150 dollars, I feel like I grossly underpaid for my tax preparation

Ive taken my business to other accounting agencies previously and never seem to get even close to the same quality of service, as I do here with Providence Accounting Group. I have worked with them for a couple years now and they always do a great job. I would recommend their services to my friends and family.

I am a small business owner in the logistics business and this was my first business so I didn't know what to keep track of, make receipts for etc. Nevertheless I had a notebook of my finances (handwritten) and I gave it to them, all fixed with 30 minutes worth of questions about last year. Now it's fixed. I have to say great job, thanks you guys!
