THE best place to find exactly what you didn’t know you were looking for ? so much incredible vintage, amazing small brand originals…not to mention the kitschy, whimsical & fun home wares.I’ve probably been here 50 times and half my wardrobe is from Proud Mary at this point. 10/10

It is SO special to be able to go into a store and find vintage in my size! I love this space, both as a customer and vendor. Jessica has such a cool eye and fab sense of humor. I always feel cared for and respected when I’m here. Proud Mary also regularly hosts community events and pop-ups. I got THE coolest, custom crochet top there by a Seattle-based knitwear designer doing a pop-up. Thanks Jessica for all you do ?

Proud Mary is such an important and necessary space. I’ve never felt more at home at a store. As a fat person, going clothes shopping can be a daunting and stressful experience. At Proud Mary, I was in a sea of choices for the first time in my life. To have choices as a plus size person was so empowering and the owner is a vintage sourcing wizard. Every piece was a win!! I’m so lucky to live close to this space and be able to go to the community events too. It’s not just an amazing store but also a space to commune and exist safely with other fat bodies. Oh and the accessories, silly bumper stickers, and FIRE vintage home goods just add to the beauty of the store. A must see!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I cannot say enough good things about Proud Mary! The range of clothes and accessories is impressive, offering stylish options for every taste and occasion. What truly sets this place apart is the owner, who creates a welcoming space for fat folks to feel comfortable and find clothes that make us feel happy and confident. Jessica often hosts events and attends pop ups to make plus size clothing visible and accessible. This is definitely the best plus size store I’ve ever been to!

I have been a long time customer and fan of Proud Mary! In fact some of my very favorite dresses have come from Proud Mary and I get compliments on them often. The owner, Jessica, is super thoughtful and has gone out of her way to message with me and help source outfits that are in my size - a 4X - and notoriously hard to find in my style.I’m not in LA, but they make shopping remote so easy. One of my absolute favorite stores. I can’t wait to visit when I’m out in LA!!!

Had the good fortune to visit on my last trip to LA. While this is definitely a clothing store first and foremost, there are so many other cool things. I got a bunch of great stickers and an amazing novelty mug in addition to the FAT shirt in hot pink on black. That classic GAP logo treatment caught a bunch of folks by surprise and got a lot of laughs. Pop in sometime when you need a funky something for yourself or a loved one!

Great plus size store in LA! The selection is incredible and the owner also hosts really great community events and shows. The owner is incredibly kind as well. I’d definitely recommend stopping by here! Only downside is you can’t leave here without buying at least one item because there’s always something new and cute.

have ordered the “overwhelmed” & “bimbo” necklaces, and some fat-positive stickers all the way from Edmonton, Canada (two separate occasions) because this shop rules! such cute selection of accessories, homewares & clothing, most of which is vintage! hard to say no!

I love this shop. I had such an amazing browsing experience and the owner was so kind and supportive. I felt totally welcomed in the space and was so excited to hear about the history of the owner and their experience opening the store. Everything is so reasonably priced as well and this is one of the few plus size boutiques I have been to that truly has their door open for everyone. So grateful for the experience and friendship they bring to LA. Check it out if you have the chance!
