I went in there today trying to get information of purchasing items for wholesale and I kept ringing the doorbell to enter the building and no one would answer. Once I finally entered the building the lady in the front desk was really rude to me, she just shouted WHOLESALE before I even had the chance to say hello or anything. I was clearly there to buy wholesale I knew what I was there for so I then told her I that I have my sellers permit and she looked at me all confused and once I showed it to her she verified it on the internet if it was real or fake. How unprofessional is that to confirm if my seller’s permit was real, was it because of my young age? It was a horrible experience.

Very unprofessional place. The front lady was very disrespectful and rude. She didn't want to let me in as I had to buzz the buzzer more than 5 times. She didn't bother to greet me she just said WHOLESALE in a very rude way. And I told her I have a sellers permit but since she kept talking over me she couldn't hear me. When I showed her my permit she looked shocked cause she couldn't believe that a young person would have a sellers permit.

They are really rude ,asian employee. I understand, its downtown la, and there's a lot of homeless people around the hat store,, but that doesn't mean they should treat new customers/walk ins or calls as such.
