I respect the absolute knowledge and professionalism of this therapy office. I went in with a severe back issue which Don and his staff helped me with. They know what they’re doing! I went in with a lot of pain I was living with, and in very little time they taught me how to manage my back issue to where I am pain free! They are all super nice as well! Thanks Don and staff!

Great team really helped with my ankle injury. As a very active person I needed to get my ankle mobility back to were it was before the Injury and I’m glad they were able to help me.

In my journey through physical rehabilitation, I have had the distinct pleasure of being under the expert care of Don Nelson, a physical therapist based in Los Angeles, on two separate occasions. First, in 2015, a severe low back injury left me struggling and debilitated for a grueling nine months. I can't recommend Pro PT enough! After having ACL/Meniscus reconstruction surgery last December, I felt so overwhelmed and daunted by the idea of rehabbing my knee, but the staff and therapists at Pro PT made it an enjoyable process! I felt seen/heard in my recovery, was challenged in the right ways, and truly believe I was provided with the best care and guidance possible to ensure a full recovery! A very special thank you to Michael, Ricky, and Gerri who always ensured I left a session sweating and smiling :)

When searching for a physical therapy office, I opted for the one in closest proximity to my abode. To my utmost delight, I discovered a gem. The staff, from the leadership down, are truly remarkable. Upon entering, Geri greets you with a warm welcome and an infectious sense of humor. Every session commences with a jovial atmosphere, which sets the tone for an excellent experience.I have had the pleasure of working with the majority of the staff, including the owner, Don, who is exceptionally personable, even when attending to other patients. However, my primary caretakers are Michael, Ricky, and Jonathan. Michael, in particular, possesses a wealth of knowledge, takes the time to explain the procedures, exhibits tremendous patience, and displays a great deal of empathy towards my needs. Ricky and Jonathan are equally exceptional, with their friendly demeanor and amiable smiles. The overall ambiance at the office is akin to that of a familial setting. Whomever I work with provides excellent care, answering any concerns I may have about my injury, and demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their profession.

Amazing team of physical therapists who care about all of their patients. If your main therapist is unavailable there is always another great person to help out. I looked at a number of places before deciding to try PRO on the recommendation of my doctor and it was the right choice. Special thank you to Geri, Don, and of course Michael!!

Two thumbs down. This place wouldn't even let me take my appointment because I was 15 min late. Very unprofessional. Especially giving me a 5:15 (traffic hour) appointment. Unprofessional.

I've come here for 2 rounds of PT on my knees - 1st round pre-pandemic on my left knee, and 2nd round in 2022 for my right knee. Most recently, I'm working with Heather who is fantastic. In the past 4 weeks, we've strengthened my knee a lot and reduced the pain significantly. I can't wait for the results after the full 6 weeks given the great results I'm seeing now. Location has easy (metered) street parking all around, too.

I have been Goldilocks and PT places for the past couple of years, never really finding one that I like, until now. ProPT is far and away the best I've been to. I've been seeing Heather and also Don for work on my cervical spine and they are both amazing. They are super professional and really know their stuff. This is the first PT experience I have had where I feel like I'm getting positive results. The front desk guys are nice and Gerri was very helpful in booking my appointments. Don't waste your time anywhere else. ProPT is the best!
