I purchased blinds that were installed last year which now have issues and I cannot get through to anyone on the phone in the blinds department even though I have called every day and at all different times. It's as if they have a policy not to answer the phone. It's really unbelievable they can run a business this way!

Hmmm, I just wish there were boxes at Checkout so that I could put my plants in and not get soil in the car. Other than that, Great Selection of Plants and price is right!

I've been to this Home Depot several times now, and feel that it is your standard Home Depot. I've bought several plants from them and they've all died shortly after bringing them home. Not sure what to attribute this to, but I've been buying plants from various Home Depot's for a while now and they've never died so quickly upon arrival. Customer service is pretty standard as well!

This place at one time was great!Now it is unorganized I find that their inventory is poor and that the lumber is poor quality.This place kinda sucks!.

Y'all! This Home Depot will knock your socks off. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. Every time I ask where something is, (air filters, nuts and bolts, toilet seats, you name it) They legit know where everything is, saving you time and stress. Also, their nursery section has so many affordable plants, and not the little shop of Horrors type (although there are Venus fly traps if that's on the shopping list).

August 2023 / Playa Vista: Home Depot at this location is great! Plus, I love seeing all the gorgeous flowers & plants, including the cutest animal planters! I've been coming here for years and sometimes several times a day! Each time, customer service is amazing! Often times, whenever I have a question, whoever is helping me goes above and beyond, and then some, and I'm grateful!I stopped by the other night to pick up a few items, had a few questions, and there were plenty of laughs in the process, as well as being helped by several people & referred to others to answer further questions! Thanks to everyone at Home Depot who is always willing to give a helping hand, as well as customer service with a smile!Overall: Great location, excellent customer service, neat and tidy & always seems to leave me smiling! Haha! I can always appreciate phenomenal customer service, it truly makes a difference!

I purchased sand bags online to pick up and pre paid for them. My order was not fulfilled when I arrived.A young man at customer service was really helpful and tried to fulfill my order by checking for my purchased sand bags and seeing what happened. Some how my order was canceled by the online store. This was really confusing. I re-purchased the sand bags. I explained to the employee I was in a flood zone and I was in desperate need of the sand bags as a hurricane was about to hit the area I live in. Turns out there was no sand bags for sale but the inventory wasn't correct. This was really stressful.Thankfully a manger came by and was able to tell me that the Hawthorne store seemed to have some sand bags in their inventory.I drove straight to the Hawthorne store and they had sand bags available. I got really lucky. I hope that everyone who needs sand bags for the hurricane is able to find what they need. Thanks for helping us through the hurricane.

Poor customer service. I purchased items online for in store pickup. An hour later I received a message that my order was canceled because the items were out of stock. I double checked and only one item was "low in stock" everything else was in stock in high numbers. You don't cancel an order just because one item is "low" or out of stock if everything else is available. No one answers the phone, it just rings and rings.

Reyna was a phenomenal help...as a part time, DIY or... i.e., not really familiar with tools, or the male dominated world of Home Depot... a woman walking through the aisles of a Home Depot...Not really knowing exactly what you're supposed to get and what you shouldn't get Reyna was extremely helpful and very bright, with a a smart, bubbly, personality, and just all-around wonderful employee. I would want somebody like Reyna working for me if I owned a Home Depot! What a ray of sunshine totally enjoyed my visit to Home Depot made better by Reyna. Thank you, Reyna!

A small, but unsettling thing happened about 10 days ago. It still bothers me. Early last Sunday I was shopping for plants in the nursery... there were very few customers at the time. As I headed to check out, there was an Asian employee who stood over me as I scanned each item. Hovering. I felt her staring at me, so I looked up. She said, "YOU NEED TO SCAN AND PAY FOR ALL ITEMS." I smiled and said, "That's what I'm doing." I paid, and left feeling like a criminal. Why does that woman think I'm not going to pay? She was obviously thinking it. Does she say that to ALL the customers? Or just to African Americans? I'm left wondering. I have questions. It's subtle.

First time using Pro Desk. The girl working there was super catty. Unnecessarily. Like out of nowhere. When I talked to tue guys they were very kind and got the job done efficiently. He even called a forklift driver over and he was awesome too.

Won’t answer the phone. Transfer me to an endless loop of on-hold and more extensions where people don’t answer the phone.RUN away from their doors department.A simple install has taken 9+ months and is still not finished. Delays, damaged goods, the wrong goods - wrong measurements - you name it - you’ll find it here!

Ordered item on line to be delivered today. Checked back to see update and it says "Canceled". Called and was on hold 42 min, then it disconnected.Called the ROADIE 800 number was on hold for 12 min then the same thing.Disconnected with a dial tone. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
