The vehicles are great quality, the condition, cleanliness safety are excellent! The pick up location is very convenient. Very easy to rent and to return the car, the front desk is very close to the lot. The staff are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The personal approach sets this company apart from any other rental company I’ve dealt with in the past. It’s great company with great people! All the Covid precautions and safety measures are in place, and exactly followed by staff (observed social distancing, face covering, disinfected after each customer, etc.) the lobby is clean & the car smelled disinfected. The overall car hire experience is fantastic 5++ stars.I definitely recommend Pro Car Rentals to future and returning (like me) renters!

Enjoyed my Toyota Corolla. Didn't think I needed the Bluetooth, but it synced well with my phone which helped a lot. Easy pick up and drop off.

Great customer service. Reasonable rental prices ($27 for a one day mid-size rental with unlimited mileage) and a quick and easy rental process. The actual office is only open from 8-4, but if you need to do an after hours drop off, you just dump it at the Holiday Inn on Van Ness. So easy!

A fine selection of clean, durable, and practical cars perfect for any situation. Whether it is a rental when your car is in the shop, visiting town, or need a car for a road trip, Jay and Amir do a spectacular job finding you a car and quickly leaving the shop as soon as possible. They will work with you and your insurance if you take your car to Pro Auto Body. Highly recommend. Will use again

Always support small local businesses when you can and if they deserve it...and Pro Car Rentals certainly does. Even though I made an error on my return date, even though I left (important!) things in the back of the car after I dropped it off, Pro Car was unfailingly polite and prompt and took care of business. You won't be lost in a maze of corporate paperwork, 1-800 lines or a different person behind the desk every time you go... and the rates are reasonable.

Canceled my car at 930 at night. I was flying in the next morning and he said i sounded rude on the phone. STAY AWAY if you dont want to have worry about you booking.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They are a rental vendor thru Turo which is a great car rental app. Unfortunately this company likes to make their own rules up and cry like little babies because you want to cancel your rental early. I am businessman and companies have to understand that plans change. Thank God Turo is dealing with this vendor I would highly recommend using one of the other vendors and run away from Pro Car Rentals. Thank you Turo for having my back in this situation.
