I was involved in a car accident. Had my car towed to this shop. Shop had stolen my weather tech floor mats all for and trunck liner. As i came to retrieve all belongings due to my car being totalled. So for that reason i rated it a 1 star

Pro Auto Body Shop routinely & illegally blocks the sidewalk by parking customer’s cars in the way of pedestrians as well as illegally parking customers vehicles in the turn lane on Pico Blvd. I urge everyone in the neighborhood to file a complaint with their city council (available at laforward dot org) so that we can improve safety in our community and remove this habitual offender from the neighborhood.

I highly recommend using this body shop. Everyone here is honest and super helpful. My dad’s car looks perfect after being repaired here. It is so shiny and well done. Aviv Cohen is a wonderful person and is very caring and goes above and beyond for his customers.

Aviv was great in coordinating my body work to get done professionally and also recommended a good wrap spot nearby as well for my roof. Highly recommend if you need work done in west LA

Aviv is such a gift -- an honest caring man who truly has gone above and beyond for me. My car was totaled and it was brought to him and he is truly the kindest mechanic, managing a lot of the stress I was dealing with from my accident. When I had to come gather my belongings from my car I forgot the title and he was so generous and had someone drop it off to me. If you are looking for a trustworthy, kind and reliable person to trust your car needs with Aviv is without a doubt that person!

I came to Pro Auto looking for an estimate, while trying to get my car fixed out of insurance. Jay was so kind and helped me get an estimate in minutes. He supported me throughout the whole process, even while the person paying for the job was being difficult. They set me up quickly with a fix time frame and would call me to give me updates. Jay set me up with a rental company and my car was waiting for me at the rental location when everything was done. They did an amazing job fixing my car at a great price! I definitely recommend this shop!

I recently got into a car accident with my Lexus IS that I bought during the pandemic. It was shocking what one accident can do. all the lights and sensors were lit up. I was so upset between the front Damage and that I was crying . Luckily no one was hurt. Aviv is very positive and really took the time to find out what was wrong with my car and do everything perfectly and calm me down. He cares and he was Calm and honest. It made a huge dof and now my car looks like it literally came off the lot of the dealership after he fixed it. I am referring everyone here and now I will use them for service. He has the right people on his side and he ensures honestly and quality. Very Blessed I ended up with Their shop.

My boyfriend INSISTED on me bringing my 2012 Jeep Compass to Aviv and his father when I got into what I thought was a minor accident a few weeks ago...What I perceived as minor ended up resulting in my car being claimed as a total loss and Aviv was there for me every step of the way. I truly didn't expect to find comfort, community, and care by this auto body shop--as I've been scammed and cheated before by other mechanics in the past... Aviv's sincerity and dedication is felt immediately upon arrival. Not only did he make sure I was safe after the accident, not only was he available whenever I called, but he also shared crucial tools and words for me to make sure I say to the insurance companies so that I be treated fairly.
