“We used this Fed Ex office on Wilshire Blvd to ground ship my son’s moving boxes back to Texas. Ted not only made this process as easy as possible for us, but he also came in on a Saturday and opened up just for us to drop the boxes off. He went above and beyond with his customer service. He made sure to give me the best deal and was very patient with all my questions. He was amazing! If I lived in Los Angeles I would be a loyal customer of this Fed Ex office for life!!

“If I die and get to go to heaven, I am going to ask the bus driver to stop at Blick so I can load up on supplies. I will unload my haul at the gates and wait for all the cool kids (aka the creatives) to come meet me. “ARC is our go to for all corporate marketing materials. They are professional, quick to respond, and go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are satisfied. We had a project recently that had a 10 hour overnight turnaround and they made it happen for us no questions asked. They prints looked fantastic and were delivered to where they needed to go before 8 AM the next morning. The customer service is absolutely excellent and beyond anything else in the industry. We have used ARC for a few years now on various projects, and will continue to go to them for any of our projects. We are constantly amazed by the quality and efficiency of the whole team at ARC in Los Angeles. We highly recommend them to anyone in the area!”
