I made an order a couple of weeks ago and now they just canceled my order and send me a refund, all without explanation or apology. I’ve tried calling them with no luck awful service on every level.

I made the mistake of ordering tobacco and tube from tobaccogeneral.com. The link the store sent by email for tracking the package did not work-- got a message saying "unable to find this page." I then tried calling the company. There were two options, "press one for sales" and "press two for customer service." I pressed 2. Got a recording saying all representatives were busy and to stay on the line. After several seconds of listening to boring music, another recording said that my call was now "first in line." After several more seconds of boring music, another recording said that all customer service reps were busy and to leave a message with my name, phone number, etc. and someone would call me "shortly." Waited 20 minutes, no call. Called again, same result. A couple of hours later, I called back again, and this time pressed "1" for sales. Got the same damn thing! Apparently, NO ONE ever answers the phone there or calls back, and I'm wondering if the damn company is really even in business anymore. Well, what's that got to do with Prime Wholesale? Just this: I found the web site for the company, and tried calling its number to talk to somebody BEFORE I ordered anything. And I got the very same damn result that I'd received at tobaccogeneral! They even have the very same damn phone-answering system-- with a recording that untruthfully says that "your call is now first in line"!!! Needless to say, I'm not going to bother ordering from this company!

I love to know about these places that sell things at wholesale prices. Now I know I can also buy smokes as cheaply as they do. Proof to me that better prices I can obtain. With the advent of the Net I wonder why suppliers don't sell everything at retail prices. I certainly would.

Shawn is the absolute best employee ever!! Bought a nikon camera & were told they were out so I was disappointed. Shawn did everything he could to find one and make sure I was happy. I was happy enough with his service but he actually found me one!! I am so ecstatic and grateful. He deserves employee of the year hands down!
