I just found out today April 30, 2023 that the bunny necklace that I bought from this jeweler in 2003 is FAKE !!!!!!!I only wore the necklace a couple of times since I bought it so it just stayed in my jewelry box.I took it from my jewelry box today and saw the pendant peeling exposing the metal underneath !!!!!!I also brought a pair of diamond earrings to this jeweler to change the design. When I got the earrings back ...... they used different diamonds....... my diamonds were clear...... they used dark yellow diamonds with inclusions....... Plus, they did not follow the design that I paid for....... This is how I ended up buying the bunny necklace..... The guy said ......"Since you're not happy with the earrings, I will give you a discount on this 14k solid white gold diamond necklace."I would SUE THEM but the statute of limitation has run out.However, if I can find my receipt or something to show my purchase with this jeweler, I might still be able to sue them, because I just found out that the necklace is fake today. The case would probably be based on the date of discovery.DO NOT TRUST THIS JEWELER !!!!!!I am so glad that there are online reviews now because there weren't online reviews in 2003.THE PERSON I DEALT WITH AT THIS JEWELRY SHOP SHOULD GO TO JAIL FOR FRAUD !!!!!!!

Sam is amazing! I walked in there and he fixed my bracelet that I brought to a different jeweler to fix two times prior. He also fixed it right there and I was able to leave with it immediately instead of dropping it off and waiting for days as I had at previous jewelers! He was so nice, personable, professsional, had fair pricing and it comes with a lifetime warranty! Thanks sam!!!!

Don't ever shop her. Owner is a liar and his staff are thugs. First off they threaten me when i tried parking my truck on the public street in front of store second they lied about the prices. I don't recommend this place

I pulled jewelry from a show room for a photo shoot at the beach on a Saturday. The next day, Sunday, I had to find a place to get two rings polished overnight before I had to return them that Monday. The rings were scratched up from some rocks during the shoot. Everywhere was closed and I was starting to worry but I called Sam and he answered immediately. I left the rings with him Sunday and came back the next day to brand new looking rings. Super sweet guy and such a great job he did. I am very appreciative.

This guy is amazing i dropped off a bracelet that i had for years it. Sat in a draw for years was from a very close friend who had recently passed away so it was very dear and ment a lot to me and I asked he make some altercations to it and he did a outstanding.job Not to mention hes customer service is amazing he went all out and beyond. And he is a honest person which you rarely find in a business will be back again. And i highly recommend this establishment for all your jewelry needs....

Sam is an angel! I had left my necklace with him to get fixed at the beginning of quarantine and he held onto it for safe keeping until 4 months later! I was having trouble getting in contact with him, so I sent him a letter, and he called me as soon as he received it! Excellent job, reasonably priced!

I had estimates from 1500$ up to 3500$ from other places he made it for me less than 1k!
