I love Jay and Jonathan! They are so friendly and help me order my transplant Meds and organize my refills. Nancy seems like she could be nice, but when answering the phone always seems pissed off or rushed.

Upon discharge from the hospital, the pharmacy had my prescriptions ready, the staff was helpful at providing instructions to use the prescription. If I could, I would prefer using the Cedars pharmacy rather than the local pharmacy. They were very thorough.
The Prescription Pickup Kiosk is located in the lobby of the Cedars-Sinai Pavilion Pharmacy and is a convenient, quick and safe way to pick up your prescription medication.Self-parking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The cost is: 1st hour free, $5 each hour thereafter and $15 daily maximum. Valet parking is the same price as self-parking. Gratuities are not accepted. Valet is available Monday-Friday from 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
