I am very happy with the work, they are very responsible people. I left my car on a Monday and by Friday it was ready, plus they did something else that I didn't require. My car felt like it was new! They delivered it to me very clean. Super happy with your service. I recommend it to anyone.!!!

Super genuine service! Had an issue with my airbag sensor, the gentleman took less than 5 minutes to scan and correct the issue. I insisted on paying but would not accept.

Came because they are affiliated with Mercury Insurance. I had a minor scratch because another car bumped into me and Precise was honest and was able to work around my schedule. They took a short time to fix it and gave it back to me in great condition. Highly recommend!

I went to get my car serviced due to a minor accident and horrible events driving through Vegas! My car was dented and all scratched up! In one week my car was brand new. My insurance went through and Mike and Angela were angels. They answered everything I need, gave me daily updates. Truly will go back for them anytime. After I got my car my check engine came on (turns out the setting needed to be reset... that's normal for Prius) Mike called me and said bring the car back and let me make sure! It was all good, his willingness to call me and triple check his work was awesome! So had my car right before Thanksgiving and I needed it! They detailed and washed my car! Soooo awesome

I absolutely highly recommend Precise Auto Body, getting into an accident is very stressful, but having Precise Auto Body as your repair shop sure can decrease the stress level, I was involved in a accident in my 4 day old 2023 Benz-C43, I called my insurance Mercury and was recommended to take my car to Precise Auto Body , as I pulled into the driveway I was immediately greeted by the Manager Mike who was very friendly,helpful, professional and very patient with me, my stress level was off the charts but Mike took his time and explained the process to me in details he assured me that I was in good hands and that my car will be fixed and back to its original condition as if nothing had happened, then Mike called Enterprise for me they picked me up and put me in a rental quick and easy, thank you to Mike and his team at Precise Auto Body my car looks like brand new like nothing had happened, Mike sure knows what his doing and has an amazing team! I appreciate you for fixing my car and making it new again I value your company and appreciate your service! Couldn't thank you enough Mike!

Quality, Efficiency, and Courteous. The Best Auto Shop in the Hollywood area hands down! Mike and his team were Professional, Tansparent, and most of all Honest. This shop is a hidden gem in the chaos that is Hollywood auto body repair. They took care of EVERYTHING ! *NOTE: the repair was done in a couple days! Way ahead of expectations! I will definitely be coming back here for any future Services and highly recommend anyone in the LA area to check it out and walk out a happy customer! Ask for Mike!
