I reached out from across the country to obtain information on having something printed. Grace was super knowledgeable, understood my exact vision, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was so communicative, even sending me my tracking number as soon as it was ready. When my order arrived, I could not have been more impressed--from the packaging that was sturdy to the quality of the product. If I need anything else printed in this manner, POV will be my first call!

I had multiply items scanned and then printed on different types of paper. Everything was incredibly high quality. I had gone to a competitor previously and what a difference! POV is so much better! Every piece was treated like gold and Grace advised me on my printing options. Thank you!

I've worked with Grace and Jeremy a couple times and their prints are always such high quality! I am so happy with how my wedding prints turned out. You can tell that they are passionate about what they do and they care a lot about the finer details that really matter. Grace helped me select the right paper and helped make my photos look amazing. I'll be using POV for all my future prints!

I've been using POV since way back and have always been very satisfied with their work. Recently, they've been doing all of my laser cutting work and I'm increasingly impressed with care and attention they give to even my smallest jobs. Horrible customer service. The series of miscommunications and misinformation is unlike any I have ever experienced up until this point. I was initially quoted for the cost of prints and scans, dropped off my pieces and had them measured for prints, asked when I could pick up my prints, and then paid my invoice. You can imagine my surprise when I was told three weeks later there were no prints, only scans, and I paid more than $400 for a zip file. Each person I interacted with had completely forgotten our earlier interaction (even though one of said interactions was only four days prior and there was a series of messages laying out what I wanted/what I was being quoted for). Also, every time I specifically mentioned prints, not one person corrected me or told me that I’d have to place a separate order if I wanted prints of my work. Between two phone calls and an in-person intake of my work, nobody corrected me and explained the proper process to order prints of my work. It seems the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing as everything related to pricing has to go through one person: Grace. Upon realizing that I was picking up my artwork with no prints, I asked if there was anywhere cheaper I could go, to which the employee rudely said, “Kinko’s”. I’m just shocked that I could mention I wanted prints, their dimensions, and even discuss which paper I wanted without anyone telling me that I’d have to submit a separate form and be invoiced separately from the scans.

These guys are pros! They were super responsive, communicative without being pushy, and very accommodating in terms of budget and timing. The final product came out perfectly!

i’ve used them several times now, and been very pleased with the results each time. the quality of the scans i had done here was perfect, and even the gold paint and leaf that i use came out crisp, luminous and lovely. timely and polite as well, i won’t be going anywhere else.

I cannot believe how quickly my art was printed and sent to me. It looks incredible, was packaged like Fort Knox, and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Being a novice painter I had a ton of questions and was a bit nervous about the process of scanning a piece. Grace was very patient with me and informative. I learned some things from her to help with my process for the next time I visit them, and I most certainly will be. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and helpful. The scan looks beautiful.

POV does excellent work. The staff is communicative and helpful. They helped me identify solutions to getting my artwork digitized for printing. They also made recommendations for preparing my print files that saved me time and money. The final output blew me away.
