This new location is soooo much prettier than their previous spot. I loved all of their decorations and their plants. I literally wanted everything there. EVERYTHING. Must go!!! Really great gifts!

One of the most beautiful garden stores you will find in Los Angeles. A family owned business, they have every plant you could ever wish for, tools, planters, fountains, garden furniture, gifts and nicknacks. And it is HUGE. I highly recommend taking a look!

Workers were friendly and very helpful, despite i think I came in right around closing time. Prices seem reasonable IMO.Another review said "would consider this a boutique nursery, but without inflated ego or prices." I couldn't have said it better myself.

We had just come from another plant nursery so we knew the moment we saw the prices that everything at Potted was slightly overpriced. Alas, my friend fell in love with a lovely plant and had a pot with her that she'd just purchased from the previous nursery. When she went up they asked if she'd like them to repot the plant and she said yes, thinking like any rational person would that if repotting cost additional they would let her know, but no. She received her receipt and there was an EIGHT DOLLAR CHARGE FOR REPOTTING.The store is so pretty, every plant is thriving, but like any respectable customer, I want to know what I'm paying for ahead of time. I'm never coming back here again less I want to find additional line items creeping onto an already loaded receipt.

I love this store. I have come here 3 times now and dealt with different staff each time and they were all sooooooo helpful, friendly and overall wonderful. Really took their time to help me pick the plants for my low light studio.

I cannot properly express the sheer joy & happiness I felt while potting w/ Eli. Bought/rescued this String of Hearts & I was suuuuper hesitant to transplant her alone. Eli.Was.A.Gem!!! He helped pick a proper pot- even drilled holes into the bottom so it was functional for my purpose. He was knowledgeable and NEVER made me worry about being geeky, asking questions, or wanting to be involved in the process. Prices SO reasonable- I felt respected as f. Ha. No exaggeration- ALL the plants were in nice, healthy states & the storefront was clean, organized & pleasant to be at.

**** Dogs Welcome **** I've wanted to check out Potted for awhile. So when Betty Mae and I walked past today we stopped in (after asking if Betty was welxome). The wonderful reply was Absolutely Dogs are Welcome! Yay! Super friendly team here. Great selection of various potted plants, beautiful pots, chairs/ tables/ seating areas, cute decor. Some of the pots in the outdoor area have such a vivid colour they remind me of Fiesta Ware. Right now they have Christmas lights on outside of fence at sidewalk, must look pretty at night. Looks like metered street parking only. Parking lot to right is for Animal Hospital parking lot to left is for India Sweets and Spices. Stop by with your leashed canine kid and take a look. Great gift ideas!

Beautiful plants at reasonable prices. I would consider this a boutique nursery, but without inflated ego or prices. If you have a gardener in your life, a gift from here would make their day! Unique focal point/specimen plants are also available. Many staged areas to inspire your own outdoor spaces with art, containers, furniture, rugs and chochki's. Huge selection of indoor plants, all very well taken care of. A very helpful and knowledgeable staff to top it off! (Oh yeah, they also have a few different pots in a variety of shapes, colors, sizes and design styles! :-P)

I’ve purchased hundreds of dollars here but when asked if they can deliver a $40 plant 1/2 mile in Atwater Village, to replace one of theirs that died, the guy flippantly says… “delivery is $85.” Done here.

So good, we went back twice in one day! I was amazed at how reasonable the prices are for a store that feels so high end and expertly curated. We visit a lot of plant places in greater LA and Potted is now close to the top for me because of the varied selection, reasonable prices, helpfulness of the staff, general vibe of the store inside as well as out and the quality of the plants themselves. I found a dress I adore [nice surprise at a plant and home decor store] and we found the perfect Ficus Audrey we’d been looking for for weeks. At a far more reasonable price than anywhere else. We will be back!

Visited for the first time yesterday and immediately it’s one of my favorite plant nurseries in LA! Great selection of plants, unique planters and gifts - and the staff are super nice and knowledgeable! Managed to find a perfect ficus audrey at a great price that fits perfectly in my space. Can’t wait to come back!

Stopped by to window shop and ended up bringing home some gorgeous pottery and new plant babies. Staff were super sweet which made for a fun shopping experience!
