Had no choice but to ship from here due to timing- but their mark up is truly insane. A 23$ usps flat rate cost 20$ more. So just be warned. Good in a pinch but truly wild prices.

This is an incredibly friendly all-purpose store. There's an assortment of interesting books and other gift items, there is someone to notarize papers, and then there is the usual postal services. Everyone is bright and well informed!

Do not come here for shipping. We mailed over 100 holiday cards from here and no one got a single card. When I went to speak with them the store employees and management expressed no concern or desire to help.I do not trust this place for any of my shipping needs and recommend you go elsewhere for any mailing or shipping needs.

"Packages go missing from here all the time" - the stoner employee to me when I enquires about 100 holiday cards that we mailed from postal works that never got delivered to any of our recipients. Do not trust this place for mailing anything you actually want to get delivered. The employees and owners do not care. They sell overpriced cards and cookbooks. Support businesses that actually care about their customers and shop elsewhere.

Lost my UPS package. Dropped off a UPS package here with a sonos wireless speaker inside. Asked for a scan, was told to just put with the other UPS packages and they would be scanned by the driver. The next day, when the tracking did not update, I called and they said that it had been picked up and there were no packages left behind, and the driver probably just missed scanning it, and there was nothing they could do. The package was never scanned in and UPS will not honor my claim since there is no documentation of acceptance. Use the drop off at Hyperion cleaners instead.
