We've been using this Postal Annex for the past 5 months. We've been pleased with the services that they offer. A BIG shout out to Rachel. She is always accessible via text or phone. Additionally, Rachel will take care of your businesses specific needs. She's always courteous, patient and professional. We highly recommend the E. Beverly Boulevard Annex for your Businesses needs. Super rude miserable lady here with bluish purple hair and glasses. I just went in there for the first time to do a return in which my return instructions said to pick a FedEx location to drop off. That's all my instructions said so as a first time FedEx returner I just did what the instructions, said and I clicked on the option that said to find a FedEx near you, which takes you to the FedEx website and shows you locations. One of the options that appeared was this location. However upon arriving, I was treated very rudely by the only employee working there at the time. Don't know her name, but she had glasses and had bluish purple hair. She automatically seemed very unhappy to be there, you know, one of those people who treats you like you're a nuisance, for walking into a place of business, where people are expected to walk in and do business lol. She asked me what kind of return was it? I said not sure this is my first time returning at FedEx. They just gave me this QR code. She said "we don't do those here" in an already impatient tone, as If i should have magically known somehow prior. so I kindly asked if she knows of any locations that do take the QR codes because I've never done a FedEx return before so if she can help me, that would be great since it doesn't specify which locations do QR codes on the website. She didn't answer my question instead said "let me see your email." In a rude bothered tone. I showed her the email and she said " Clearly, it says here it's supposed to be a FedEx." Clearly? Whats with the attitude? And what does that even mean, is she implying this is not a fedex? That doesnt answer my question. And yeah I know it's supposed to be returned at a FedEx. That's why I clicked on the find FedEx location near me and this one showed up. And how am i supposed to know that this isnt a fedex when it pops up on the fedex location finder? Psychic abilities i suppose she thinks? So at this point i realize its hopeless she not going to help me, so said "ok well it doesnt specify that on the fedex website that this is something else, but nevermind" and i defeatedly walk away having no clue what just happened and she says as im walking away "well thats not my fault". Ok?? didnt say the website is your fault sherlock? Just dont expect customers to come in knowing its not a fedex when it says it is online?! Because its not our fault either! Ever thought about that sherlock?! She shouts have a good day!!!! In a super condescending tone as im walking out the door. Such a negative person, learn some customer service skills, or if you hate your job that much and everyone that walks in, get another job where you're not expected to help people.

I've been coming to this location for years, never any complaints ever. The employee that they have working now is so slow! If there is another location nearby for you, I'd suggest you go there instead.

I am SO happy to have been introduced to this great package drop off-center. The young lady was able to guide me with my Amazon returns and even printed my labels tapped them to my packages and provided me with a tracking confirmation receipt for all of my returns. Fast and Local can't beat that

Every time I come here there is usually a really nice woman (I'm sorry I forgot her name) but she is SUPER helpful! I've never had any issues and I've been coming here for a while but I tend to forget to leave a review. The place is also clean! I've been able to buy supplies here too when I need it. Thank you so much for working so hard especially during these crazy times!

I stopped by this shipping store after been refused to drop off a FedEx Ground package at the Kinkos in Monterey Park. The lady working at this location gladly accepted my return package and even opened the door to the store after she had already closed for the day.

My Friend recommend this place to me, Rachael was very nice and helpful. She was expirencing problems with her system but managed to E-mail me my receipt for several Amazon drop-off packages with no problem.
