Absolutely top class professional collision center! Our Tesla sustained damage of over 11K, inflicted upon it by a restaurant parking stressed valet (yes, we have empathy for him!). The valet parking company, one of the largest in the US, took care of the claim very expeditiously, and directed us to Platinum Collision Center on Sunset Blvd. Platinum is an approved Tesla collision center and within 2.5 weeks (that's a record for Tesla, notorious for taking their time in shipping parts) the car was as good as new again. Evan and Sevana were extremely courteous, kept accurate records and made the process go smoothly. The workmanship was top notch and nothing was shortchanged or less than perfect. Quite frankly, if we ever end up in another accident, we will take it right back to Platinum! Highly recommended!

This place does amazing body work on cars. When I got my car back, it looked exactly like it did when I first bought it. The staff here bend over backwards for you. Even though this place is in Hollywood, on Sunset Boulevard, I would still bring my car here in a heartbeat.If that last sentence didn't make sense to you, don't worry. Anyone that knows me knows how much I despise going to Hollywood.

Extremely easy to deal with. Platinum car rental is right next-door which makes it even easier to pick up and return the loaner vehicle while your car is getting repaired. They fixed my range rover in record time they even spent extra time detailing the car better than new. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles here as they have done a really good job in a very short amount of time

Bring your car here if you don't want it back within 40-60 days. Minor things that any auto body shop can complete over the weekend they will keep your car for literally MINIMUM 40 days, but my friends friend who's a little high profile got his car in and out within a week while mine has been there already for 30 days and nothings been worked on. PLUS they will charge an arm and a leg and charge for every little small thing it's ridiculous. RIPPED THE F*** OFF. I hate feeling ripped off, IF YOU ARE KEEPING MY CAR FOR OVER A MONTH WITHOUT DOING S*** TO IT PAY MY F****** CAR PAYMENT OR LOWER THE DAMN BILL. Stupid selfish narcissistic assholes.

Needed some rear end body work on my Subaru STI, Was referred to Platinum Motorsports Collision center, As I pulled up on to the lot and immediately was greeted by one of the staff members Jack, took a quick look at the damages on the vehicle then made our way into the office Where they set me up with a rental car with Sam at Platinum Rentals. The next day received a call from platinum saying the adjuster will be coming out for damage inspection, once that was done repairs would be on its way. Repairs was finished 2 weeks later with prompt phone calls from the body shop keeping me in the loop. Picked up the vehicle repairs were great overall service was professional. WILL DO BUSINESS WITH PLATINUM MOTORSPORTS AGAIN. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
