I had high expectations for Michael Preston's company based on their social media presentation. However, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite investing $2,000, I did not receive the website, logo, or AdWords campaign I had hoped for. Key issues: Portfolio Presentation: I have a tattoo portfolio which I wanted to be prominently displayed. Instead, the images were minimized. Reviews Placement: Instead of a strategic position, customer reviews were buried at the bottom of the site. Navigation: The promised seamless navigation was confusing and not user-friendly. After multiple revisions and growing frustration, I requested a refund. Michael declined, instead still insisted on running my AdWords campaign - an offer I declined due to diminished trust in his capabilities. My attempts to resolve the issue amicably were met with aggressive responses and name calling. Furthermore, there was a glaring mistake in the logo where "tattoo" was spelled as "tatoo", which was blamed on me despite other designs being correctly spelled. Lastly, after initiating a chargeback, I received concerning emails from Michael, further dampening my overall experience. In the end, because i didnt realize i needed to respond to the letters bank of america sent regarding the chargbacks. I'm out $2,000 and left without the services I initially sought. Buyer beware.

I worked with Pink Shark to do my logo and website, they did a great job, always super helpful and available to take my calls. They helped optimize my website for conversions as well so that more people will fill out the forms on my website. First company that actually seemed to understand conversion.

Been working with Pink Shark for the last 2 years. They've helped me scale my ecommerce business to it's maximum capacity through Google ads. Our products are hand made so we can only handle so many sales, so we have to lower our ad spend at certain times of the year due to too many sales.
