Nice place! It's large and clean with a good selection of walkers, nice looking canes, wheelchairs, compression socks and lots of other medical supplies. The sales help was SO helpful and friendly when I brought my mother in law in to look at walkers. Private parking in the back. Highly recommend if you need something like this.

Excellent communication. I had broken part (arm rest) on standing walker. They were able to direct me in finding part thru company for that model. I ordered and it only took me a few minutes to put it on! They have a wonderful line of walking and transport supports!

Trying to desperately to get my father's oxygen machines working again. Brought in a resperonics machine which they didn't look at but said they didn' service and couldn't help, even with recommendations as to who might and despite what was listed on the website. Was astonished at how unhelpful and dismissive the staff was about equipment that is necessary for life. Truly disappointing.

The manufacturer of my powered wheel chair advised me to visit their shop. I am delighted with the array of products on display -- and am especially grateful for the helpful assistance from Lyna. What a nice shop! What kind staff! I recommend 100%.

We talked to about 5 different places before finding them, and got the runaround. Finally got in touch with Pico and so lad we did.kevin helped us out, Extremely good customer service and very smooth rental process.

My mom bought a scooter from this company and never had a problem until she did and she took it in and pay $35 assessment fee and they kept it for a week, and they want to charge her more for repairs than a new one, we simply took it to another company in Long Beach and it was only $25 service charge for simple maintenance and it's working perfectly.

I cannot say enough about Pico Medical Supplies. Their staff is so completely knowledgeable and helpful and caring at the same time. Goes to show you the important impact of a generational family run business. The whole staff has this innate caring and helping quality, rare today in the business world. I wish you continued success and may you be around another 100 years to serve as you do.

Don't show up in a rented wheelchair and needing a restroom. You'll be directed to a CVS down the street. Guess I'll be purchasing an electric wheelchair elsewhere.

Kevin is very knowledgeable and caring. I came in with an elderly lady for compression stockings. He had her rest in a recliner to decrease her swelling before taking measurements for the stockings. Unfortunately, our order was at first lost, but a new shipment soon came in. Unfortunately, the store has no restroom for customers.

I called for a wheelchair rental and the woman who helped me over the phone was amazing! She told me the price and put the wheelchair on hold until I got there. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and are very clear on how everything works! Definitely recommend coming here if needed!

Staff was super helpful. They really understand the community they are serving. Their delivery and pickup personnel were so kind and helpful. They set up the bed for my uncle and it was all organized over the phone and online. Really convenient when time is of the essence. Thank you!

My husband and I had to travel from San Francisco to LA at short notice on a Friday afternoon. Lyna and the team at Pico Medical went out of their way to ensure that we had a home oxygen concentrator delivered to our hotel within hours of my contacting them. Lyna is extremely familiar with the documentation they needed and acted on it the moment it was faxed to her. I received a phone call from the driver when he was on the way to the hotel, letting me know when the equipment would arrive. The rental and delivery fees were entirely fair and $50.00 less than the other (sketchy-sounding) business I contacted. Whenever we come to LA we will always rely on Pico Medical for help with any medical supply needs.
