Helpful, informative, friendly, fair prices; what more need to be said? I walked in and asked for a fairly obscure part (a left-handed nut of a specific size) and not only did the staff go above and beyond to find it, they helped me put the darn thing together. Shop here, people. These stores are what customer service is all about. Thank you Peterson 's Hardware, you're the best!

Secure parking, knowledgeable staff and well stocked for DIY home projects. Everything I needed was there, they also make replica keys of all types except for vehicles. Would recommend to friends and family.

I love this location thanks to my Father RIH! It beats going in Lowe's and Home depot to get home supplies for your shower/tub complete kit and parts including the Stims and all. The prices are not bad either. They are always helpful and if you don't know what you need and tell them. They can and will assist you! You will literally be in and out the store less than 5 minutes!

Got two key copies here and the customer service is incredible. The prices are great too. I literally just went to Home Depot to get two copies of the same key, and neither key worked. Home Depot said there's a 5% chance the copies won't work and not true -- 100% neither worked! And Home Depot charged TWICE as much as this play. I'll definitely come back to Peterson's hardware.
