Trainer Shawne is Amazing and very caring 5 stars for her.
My dog got bitten by another dog while training and trainer reported it to management. Petco management didn’t even call to ask about my dog’s injuries while in their class. I don’t think that’s right

Recently had our new puppy in level 1 training with Shawne. She was patient and kind with all of us. While this location is smaller than the La Brea Petco, staff and groomers are friendly.

Never going back again! Not only did they leave my dog completely and horribly shaved they treated me and my dog horribly. Especially Lucero, 100% don’t recommend going with her she will leave your dog unevenly shaved and then will try to justify it. If you can’t handle a big dog, then don’t get big dogs.

Useless staff
Dee from register don't know where items is located, store has only one cart!, and someone while I was shopping took my items out of it and other customer took cart

They are HORRIBLE with grooming. Run far away- they shaved our gorgeous dog down and made him look like a a drowned rat. I said "as long as possible" and he was shaved down to the bone. I went in the store to complain and they have awful customer service. NEVER again!

This location sucks. I'm not sure why a pet store that carries parrot and wild bird food doesn't carry canary or finch food. There's more than enough empty space on the shelves in this area for several additional types of bird food. In addition, any time I've come here I have to locate an employee if I need assistance.
