I'm giving this location one star for the sole reason that Luis the employee working there tonight is beyond unprofessional. Not only did they turn off the doors function from being able to open five minutes early, but Esme & Luis saw me standing there trying to get in both doors waiving my arms in front of the sensors. So please corporate leadership Petco whoever watch their surveillance. Then when Luis finally decided to unlock the door, he made some Snyder Mark about how they're closing when he already closed it by locking the doors. If you watch the video surveillance, you will see me literally take no more than 30 seconds to get from the front door to the JustFoodForDogs refrigerator grab two packets of food & get back to the register. And you'll see on camera when I'm standing there. I ask which registers open because they're talking to each other. Not even like acknowledging. I'm standing there. Then Esme proceeds to ring Luis up for something $15-ish. Then Esme rung me up after Luis [the petco employee] which I could've cared less about, except for the fact that they lock the doors early before closing, and he made the Snyder mark after making me wait to even get in waving my arms around the sensors and completely ignoring me when I'm standing at the register waiting to get rung up and if they're in such a rush to close, there's two registers I don't know why Esme couldn't run me up on one and Lui run himself up on the other. Then Luis of course, had to unlock the door to let me out because after the time I waited for him to be rung up he was now after 7 PM and then he said good night. I ignored him after Rudy was then he slammed the door so hard which you can see on the surveillance if you guys have audio. I wouldn't be shocked if he cracked or broke that door with how hard he slammed it.

Had to return an item because it was missing suction cups. Sucks that people steal things from item off the shelf. Ethan helped us at the counter to exchange it. He range me up & was goi to charge me the difference. I said that it was cheaper online, he agreed that it was an exchange, he gave me the price match & gave me an additional discount for the inconvenience.

PetSmart has always been my first choice because they provide excellent service. However, I recently moved, saw that Petco is in the neighborhood, and decided to try it. As much as I regret this decision, I have brought my Sheltie Mix to get groomed, and he has always been groomed. I have never been told he is unsuitable for grooming due to his breed. A very rude groomer at the front kept saying he was a border collie. In spite of the fact that I have had my dog since he was a puppy and have had him groomed multiple times, I have never experienced this reaction. Furthermore, Chantel took him in last time, so they should have records. The fact that she questioned his breed and told me that they could not groom him because it was not recommended, even though they had already groomed him before, makes no sense. While I told her multiple times that he was not a border collie, she continued to ignore the fact that I was trying to ask her to check her records. She kept staring at my dog and continued to ignore me. I asked her if she could accommodate my dog. If she could not, I would be more than happy to go elsewhere. She continued to ignore me, and when one of her co-workers came out, she immediately started to talk to him about nothing work-related. I felt disrespected and decided to tell her I would take him elsewhere. As I walked away, she finally spoke and told me that she was checking in on my dog.... why couldn't she say that when I was asking? Rather, she just stayed quiet, make it make sense. I will return to PetSmart, where they care for your time and truly respect their customers.

Made an appointment to be be seen at noon but got in at 12:30.Had rabies shot for our 4 months puppy. Easy to get shot & medal I'd tag.

DOG OWNERS BEWARE! I WOULD AVOID THIS LOCATION! My husband and I took my pup here for grooming. At the time of pick up, we got a call warning that she somehow injured her nose and it was bleeding. Sophia A., the groomer, attributed it to a scab maybe coming off. Our pup had no scabs when we took her in. When we arrived, we observed a new injury on her nose. We did not make a fuss and accepted this may have been an accident, though we were concerned. A few days later, we spoke to a manager, Vanessa V., in person. She claimed the injury was not reported to management, but that it should have been, as any injury triggers a pet to be sent to the vet. Vanessa referenced documentation by the groomers, and we asked for a copy of such documentation. Vanessa said no, and we would need a subpoena.To make matters more concerning, when we spoke to the manager, our pup was present, and was trembling once we entered the grooming area. We cannot say exactly what took place, but are dismayed by the mishandling of our loved one, and disappointed by the response of both Sophia and Vanessa. We will never return to this location, and I would caution others as well. Our pups and other pets deserve far better, and so do we.

Today I went to get some allergy supplements for my dogs.They had this buy one get one 50% off.I took 2 different brand.When I get to the register I ask the cashier, if he could check if this is buy one get one 50% off, he replied -how do you want me to know, it doesn't say anything in the package. You should read the what it said in the advertising.He was been really rude. First he has a job because of customers like me who support this business.I have been ti this location many times and always felt welcomed. Not this time.

I wrote this review on Google, and I copy and paste it here because I hope this gets back to Vanessa! THANK YOU!!! Today I was helped by Vanessa. Vanessa is a wonderful angel. I walked in desperately seeking for help on a 2 week old baby kitten I found. First person I saw was Vanessa and once I voiced out my help, Vanessa was on it within a matter of seconds. I was led straight to the aisle I had to be in. I wasn't left to wonder on my own, Vanessa was there gathering everything I needed all while educating me on the basics to save this kitten. Thank you so much, Vanessa. I hope you get the recognition you deserve for helping me out in my time of need. Te mereces todo lo bueno del mundo.

The Veterinarians and Assistants were very kind and thorough! Being able to see and be with my dog during his visit is everything I wanted. The service and costs are excellent. I’ve stopped going to my neighborhood vet because they price gouge and will not allow you to be in the room when your pet is being treated. It’s crazy! Vetco is my new Vet Clinic for all of my fur baby’s needs! Thank you!

Took my dog Santos to grooming Scarlet was a groomer she was amazing Santos has trust issues but he was willing to trust her and she was willing to trust him and work with him at the end he look gorgeous my baby. Overall I really do enjoy coming into the store and always being helped already like a lotta friendliness of Ricky he always has been made to go guy and ask him any questions I may have

This store provides no service. I can detail the entire series of poor decisions made in the store regarding grooming, one of my two dogs, but why bore you. Let me cut to the chase. If you look at my profile, I'm an active reviewer, and I try not to get bad reviews. This store has earned it, and especially the manager, Vanessa and her grooming team. Imagine, a 15 minute grace period, which they never mention to you, and I arrive 20 minutes late. Why? Well, my dog had to per and the front desk people wanted to play with the dog for a couple of minutes. I told them it was a bad business decision to turn me away after I come the third time in three days to care for my two sofas. Again, I'm a long time customer of the store on two dogs. Never, ever, go to this Petco. Anywhere else not Petco.

Every single person that works at this place has been so cool to me. Especially Ricardo. He is passionate about what he does and always puts a smile on my face. It makes me want to keep coming back to this place. Thanks for hiring great people petco! Oh and the stuff they sell is cool to.

3 years later I was back at Petco. My dog got muddy, I tried to wash him, and made his fur worse. He was matted. Doggie Central was solid booked. Petco had a last minute opening, and I took him. The disapproval from the groomers was palpable. "How could your dog get like this" was the vibe. Whatever. I forked over a lotta dough. 5 hours later I got an immaculate dog back. It's 2 weeks later, and he still smells good. I don't know what dog witchcraft they worked, but they did and my stinky Jake still smells and feels clean. Good job over there. Buy the dog maintenance service to bring the price down.
