I came across a good deal on a property but I had to close within 10 days. I contacted Pouyan and he was able to get me loan docs as promised. His team kept constant communication and made sure my transaction closed smoothly. Best part was they were able to do this with minimal paperwork and no inspection/appraisal. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a hard money loan

I was hesitant to be an investor in a hard money loan. Paul and Pouyan are very helpful and patient. They even helped me get answers from the borrow whenever I am in need of something. If this was my primary business, investing in hard money loans, PB Financial is my go to financial partner. So far we have done three loans around $1.5 million. I look forward to doing a few more as soon as we allocate some more funds to invest. Do not hesitate if you're looking for a trustworthy company to handle your financial investments.

I have done three loans with this firm over the years. Although the second loan seemed to take much longer as it dragged on and on, they totally made up for it with my third loan. It was so quick and seamless. My overall experience has been quite positive. They are efficient, upfront and very friendly.

It's refreshing to work with people that really know what they are doing. It can mean the difference between not only getting a loan that you really need, but also on how much you spend. Pouyan was exceptionally helpful, very thorough, gave his analysis, and guided me to the right decision. I can't say enough good things about these guys, and so happy that I reached to them in a time of need. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Please find another hard money loan broker and save yourself a lot of money and time. PB FINANCIAL is NOT the company you want handling your loan. They are extremely rude and unprofessional, especially Peymen. Horrible experience!!!
