my bozo buddy flung the door open next to a really high curb and caught the door in the ground then ripped it off to close it. The bottom plastic trimming on the door came off so i brought it to Paulee. They got a maintenance guy to come out with some tools and popped it back in without charging me a dime. Really nice of them, and a testament to their fantastic customer service. Jacob in the front office helped me out and was really accommodating. I’ll recommend this place to any of my friends that have dummy buddies like mine that mess up their cars. Cheers

While this place does do great work. Their ability to keep you up to date is questionable. 1 major and on going problem. All my car needs to be finished is a grill and cold air intake. It's been over a month and still no word. I'm sorry but it doesn't take a whole month to order a grill and intake......I have not received an email. A phone call. A text. No anything to explain why it's taking so long. So now my insurance case is still open. I can't even get insurance right now because this case is still open because of this company taking way to long to order a grill and intake.......to be. This is just mind blowing......I'll never deal with this company again. Take your Audi somewhere else. They are going to make sure they get the max out of your insurance company.

Very disappointing. I've been going to this business since I was a teenager to get my cars fixed. I went to go get three estimates. They are the only one who did not look under my car to see if there's any damage that needed to be fixed. When I took it to two other places they both looked under and said yes. There was damage that needed to be fixed so I was a little disappointed in them .

Unfortunately had very bad experience with this body shop: initially Luke was very helpful in order to get the business. He did not honor the initial estimate, misrepresented the amount, did not keep the promised time frame for my car to be ready and kept no communication at all.. I ended up paying more than he initially gave the written estimate saying there were other issues once the car was taken apart but never communicated to me. even once. Also, was two weeks over estimated finish time causing additional financial hardship with rental car expenses. When I asked Gus, the manager for help, he was very rude and not willing even to listen. I would never recommend them to any one, looks like an insurance fraud elegant outfit???In addition to all the aggravation, received the car back not clean.Services: Painting

Paulee body shop did an amazing job with my Tesla repairs! my car feels brand new after the repairs. I worked with Gus and he was extremely professional throughout and made sure I was informed every step of the way. My car was still driveable after the accident and they actually asked me not to bring my car in until all parts were delivered, which was quick, so I could save days on my rental payment. Very organized, professional service, and they go the extra mile to make it a smooth process for their customers. I could not be happier with the service!
