I’ve been coming here for years and it’s still my favorite place to go. They have everything I want and need. Years ago, I saw a gorilla piñata my son wanted, paid, and asked them to hold it for me. When I went to pick it up, they had sold it to someone else, even though the ticket was on it. I came back to Party Planet and told them the situation, and in 4 hours, they had a gorilla piñata for me. Now that’s impeccable service! I refuse to go anywhere else.

Women who work here charged me 50 to fill up three helium balloons that aren't even big sized, another review mentioned charging them only 15 for a dozen.. as with that I believe they think I didn't understand Spanish and kept speaking as if I didn't, clearly speaking behind my back but fortunately I understand very well. Won't be coming here anymore

Always come here for our ballon needs! A dozen helium filled gallons for $14.99 is a great price! Not even the 99 cent store can compete!

If your looking for good customer service don't bother to stop here. Lady who I'm going to assume TRIED to help me is the owner and is super rude. I walked in on a Saturday looking for a specific pinata. We asked lady we like this one. She gave us price said it was missing some pieces but that it would be ready later that day. She walked away and never came back to us to help us. We had additional question. After about 5 minutes hoping she would come back we went to look for her telling her we wanted to order one. Well we placed order but lucky for us we didn't pay that day. So instead of going same day not to rush I went back on Tuesday THINKING pinata would be ready. I show up and she looks at me saying it's not ready that it would be ready in a couple of hours and looked away and didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience of making my way back to store. So let's say never again will I go to this rude as place. Looks nasty and dirty anyway. There are far too many other party places to go to so be sure to go else where and DONT give this place a try unless you like rude customer service. If I'm spending my hard earned money I would like to have a good experience during a special day in choosing party supplies. Never stepping foot in there again.

This place has an amazing group of staff and everything you need for a party is right here. Wouldn't shop anywhere else but here at party planet supplies

I'm very happy to say that anything I've always needed for my party's are here and if they don't have it Armida or her staff will gladly find it for me. I always feel welcome and satisfied with there service. Great place and great service with a smile. Always. That is always a great come back for sure the hospitality that the whole staff provides for the customer. Great job 10 out 10 for the service that they provide.

I haven't been here in a while, glad I came back to my child hood memories. This is still a go to store for all my nieces and nephews birthdays. I picked up my piñata, candies and some party supplies all in one store.
