We are absolutely thrilled with the table we purchased from Parkman Woodworks. We showed them an inspiration picture of a table we loved but that didn't fit in our space and was quite expensive. They were able to replicate it beautifully at a much more affordable price. Their team was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. I would recommend them without hesitation -- they are the nicest group of people, and their dedication is clearly reflected in the quality of their work.

Parkman Woodworks is an A+ outfit. They custom-made us some beautiful pieces designed from reclaimed locally fallen Sycamore: a wall hanging media stand and a butcher block counter. Great attention to detail, love them!

Parkman was wonderful from start to finish. We redid our living room and needed a piece that matched some existing furniture but also highlighted the new room. We collaborated with the team to get to the perfect piece, they kept us updated during the build, and when it arrived, it was actually perfect. High quality, beautiful and thoughtful creators. Job well done, will certainly use again!

My husband and I were in a constant battle for valuable desk space in our shared office. We would both attempt to work simultaneously at an awkward L-shaped corner desk (that my husband absolutely loved and I absolutely hated). In an effort to resolve our workspace issues, maximize our shared office space, and ensure that my husband would still love our replacement desk, I started researching custom desks for our office.
This search ultimately led us to Parkman Woodworks. Our experience with all of the people at Parkman Woodworks, from Graham to the master wood and metalworkers, was AMAZING from start to finish! My husband and I met with Graham to provide him with our initial desk design, select our wood choice (which Graham happily found), and select our desk base materials. Within a day or two, Graham emailed detailed schematics and a couple emails later, our desk design was finalized and in production.
Within about a month, Graham and his master builders had made us the most beautifully handcrafted, custom, quality desk...and...resolved our endless battle for desk space. Our desk was designed for two people to work at one time. Our desk spans the length of our office wall, has two shelves for our printer and our "old school" CPU, and has a shallow shelf underneath that keeps our Wi-Fi routers and other unnecessary equipment off the floor and off the top of our desk.
A year later (yes, I'm really late posting this review), our desk is still flawless and maintained its durability. We are both happy with the design and it fits perfectly into our shared office space.
We could not be happier with the end result of our FIRST experience working with Graham and Parkman Woodworks.

We needed 2 coffee tables with very detailed size and style specifications. Graham worked with us to design tables that were perfect for our space and needs. They even used the type of wood and stain we requested to match our cabinets. The tables are solid and meticulously made. They are gorgeous and such high quality. Highly recommend.

Obsessed with my new table! I had a great experience working with Graham, and I have already gotten so many compliments on the table. We went with naturally fallen elm to seat 10 people. The quality is exceptional, delivery was easy. I'm in love!

Graham worked with us to design 2 custom coffee tables that fit perfectly to our needs and our space. We even requested a specific type of wood so that it would match our cabinets and they accommodated our request. The tables are solid wood and are absolutely beautiful and so well made. Gorgeous and meticulous construction. Graham was so accommodating. Wonderful experience.

So far they have been fabulous! I gave 5 stars, but we just started! The owner is so nice, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am impressed!!! Graham talked me through a lot and answered my questions before I asked them.

These guys are an absolute gem. We recently did a major renovation of our 100-year-old home in Hancock Park, and we and our designer came across Parkman during the design phase. Graham invited us to their shop at a time when he could give us all the personal attention we needed, and was extremely helpful. With his gudiance, we designed three different tables -- down to the shade of wood we preferred he use. Graham was fantastic. He chose wood that perfectly suited our taste, sent us drawings so we could tinker with some of the finer details, and worked with us as our construction schedule moved around. When the time came, the tables were ready on schedule. The delivery team was on time and professional. And the tables exceeded our highest expectations. They look great in the new space, and every guest comments on them. We would definitely use Parkman again, and highly recommend them. A+!

We were looking to design a pair of bar stools that needed to be an uncommon height. From the first moment we walked into the workshop, Graham was so kind and inviting and clever with ideas for how they could build the perfect stools. And the final product--amazing! We love them, the stools are exactly what we were hoping for, and Graham and Parkman Woodworks made the whole process easy and efficient and great. We cannot recommend Parkman Woodworks high enough! You will not be disappointed in their ready-made pieces or a custom order. Just do it!

We were looking for a table for our living room area but everything we found online was either (1) not our style (2) the wrong size for the space we have or (3) poorly reviewed in a way that made me hesitate to buy it. Cue an exploratory "custom tables los angeles" Google Search and Parkman Woodworks came up. All I can say is WOW! For a very fair price, we got a beautiful dining table and matching bench made of naturally fallen sycamore, that fits EXACTLY RIGHT in our space. We visited their space and talked with Randy through what we were looking for in a table, had the opportunity to see the different styles and woods in person and ask questions about the materials, construction, and weigh our price options. I highly recommend going to their showroom/shop in person, if you can. Communication with Graham and delivery as the table was being made was great, and the lead time is very reasonable, considering the piece is hand made to order. The furniture pieces Parkman Woodworks makes are pieces you keep for life, and money well spent. I look forward to the memories we will make around our new table from them! :)

I had a great experience visiting the DTLA wood shop and working with Graham to sketch out the custom media console that I was looking for. There were many different options - from the type of wood to the type of finish to the type and material of the legs - and Graham helped me quickly zero in on what I was looking for. Throughout the whole process, Graham was communicative, precise, and patient (I had to put my purchase on hold for a few months, and never once was I pushed to move any faster than I was comfortable with.) I'm thrilled with the finished result - it's an incredible piece of craftsmanship and everyone who sees it is wowed and asks where it came from. For just a very reasonable premium, you can get a much better quality piece than what you'd get at a normal retail store. The piece is sturdy, custom-made, and will surely outlast any piece of mass-produced furniture. And you can feel good having supported a passionate, highly-skilled, small business. I highly recommend going by their DTLA wood shop to see their stellar work! 10/10, and I will definitely be back for future furniture needs.

I reached out to Graham about a dining room table I had that was not going to fit in my new space, I wanted to repurpose it into a kitchen island. It looks AMAZING and I am sooo happy with their work, communication, delivery, everything. Attaching photos of the before and after. Definitely recommend these guys and will use them moving forward!
