They get the job done and right for sure. I go here all the time for simple dry cleaning jobs. If you need alterations, I'd go somewhere else. The tailor is overpriced. Cheaper and much better to go-to a genuine tailor. I used Lizon Tailor and since, have never went anywhere else.

I called to see if they cleaned small area rugs 6X10 ft. They said yea. So I lugged the rug to them only to be told they don't clean area rugs! Super mad and disappointed ?

I moved to the area from Pomona CA and because I lived on Clemson street since 2011 I have utilized the cleaning services for my dry cleaning, I truly appreciate the service and respect I get from this place they always make me feel like family and treat me with the upmost respect, I truly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great clean and AWESOME SERVICE, thanks

I wouldn't recommend this place, I took my wool cashmere blend coat and the texture of the coat was not the same, came out to be rough. Talked to the manager for any possible way to fix it and told me that it will never be the same.

In December I had a dress taking in because it was too big.. I LIKED IT.. So I brought it.. I had to put it on so she pin and fit the dress to me.. I got ready to wear my dress for church Sunday and to my surprise the woman had taken it (in)TOO MUCH! Now I still can't wear it AND now I have to have them take it (out) so I can get to wear my dress! It's about to be spring and the dress is white with big red and yellow flowers. I feel they over charged me $25 to have it taken in.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and although there’s been small issues I really love the staff and have always been very pleased with the service. I had a really awful situation this past week. I dropped off a pair of slacks last Wednesday I was guaranteed that I wioud get them by Saturday. I went Saturday after 3 PM. After waiting almost 30 minutes and I while told that they were not ready . I was advised that I could pick them up on Tuesday. I said this was Unexceptional as I needed to wear them on Sunday. They just apologize and said there was nothing they could do. I waited three days and went back on Tuesday and just ask if there was some type of compensation even if they could take off a few dollars for the inconvenience, the two trips in almost a week to get my slacks bag. I was told no and that the manager was on vacation and there was nothing they could do. This is also unexceptional as I needed to wear them on Sunday. They just apologize and said there was nothing they could do. I waited three days and went back on Tuesday and just ask if there was some type of compensation even if they could take off a few dollars for the inconvenience, the two trips and almost a week to get my slacks bag. I was told no and that the manager (Albert) was on vacation and there was nothing they could do. This is awful customer service and not a way to treat a 10 year customer that has inever asked for anything. It’s sad when I see this type of behavior in any type of service industry . There have been other instances when things were late one day and I never complained and just came back the following day but this was truly unacceptable
