The worst mattress ever

Prison Bed ....Avoid PARAMOUNT MATRESS BECAUSE THEY PROVIDED AJUNK MATTRESS & ARE BIASED TOWARDS LOW INCOME CONSUMERS. The mattress is hollow inside except for the metal coiled springs and and 1/4 inche of foam! There is an old uhaul moving blanket inside as lining on the bottom inside. That is it. There is nothing else inside of the bed except metal razor sharp coils and THOSE metal coils ARE MAKING CONTACT WITH THE BODY SINCE THERE IS THE Only a 1.5" inch foam layer. When we called to resolve and address the low quality and metal poking through the foam I was told this is what you get and they had no interest in dealing with me directly. THEY sent out emails trying to cover up for the junk products. So I opened the bed up and the photos are up. Literal junk.

I just received my pillow top mattress and it's beautiful and very comfortable. I feel like I'm sleeping in clouds. The delivery men were so nice and very professional. I highly recommend getting your future mattress here. Best customer service!!!

I've been a customer from this place many years. Moving from Los Angeles to Las Vegas I still love purchasing my mattress here. I've also purchased some furniture as well. Being a veteran owned business and their customer service is amazing makes me a loyal client. I always come back here. They are the best and I'm not going nowhere!

Purchased an extra firm mattress from them in November 2016. They said there was a 5-year warranty if used without a boxspring and a 10-year warranty if used with a boxspring.Less than 5 years went by and the bed is not holding up as firm as before. Certain parts are not as firm as others any more.I contacted them about the warranty and what my options were. They informed me that they were refusing to honor their warranty.I would not recommend them and will definitely not be going back to them.

Just bought a mattress from Ramin and we are super thrilled! We had previously bought a cheap mattress online and had to return it because it wasn't a fit. When we walked into the Mattress Shop, we knew we had found our place... Ramin was welcoming, knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy at all. The mattresses are reasonably priced and they were able to arrange delivery easily for us. Feeling very good about this purchase. (And shout-out to Leo, the cute dog/store mascot!)

Mike Strand was a great help, we moved here all the way from Florida with no bed and mattress and Mike was able to meet our needs right there and then.
