Absolutely non responsive customer service. Called Windy Gregory 12 times over a 3 week period. Never a call back.Trying to prevent a possible $200,000 fine for improper tree trimming. No concern from First Residential.

Kevin could not have been nicer and more accommodating. He was so, so easy to talk to. I got many quotes in the Pasadena area and he was the most affordable by far. I needed to sell my condo quickly because my tenants moved out and it was vacant. I got an offer in 2 days because of how lovely it looked! I'd use PandaPawer again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Kevin!

I need more than 5 stars to do a fair review of Kevin. I've worked with several staging companies in the last 3 years and they are by far the best. We sold our condo in 3 weeks during the worst time to put a house on the market (between Thanksgiving and Christmas) and we sold it over the asking price. Kevin and Somair are professional, responds quickly, and can work miracles to any home! You can shop around but you will not find anyone with their rate or talent!

I could not recommend this company more. Scheduling an appointment was simple, they were always right on time, the bid was fair, and their work was beautiful and helped sell my condo after only 1 open house. I worked mostly with Kevin and he was so easy to work with. He always listened and provided his professional opinion. He was absolutely right with all of the things he suggested. I had to change a few things between getting the bid and the staging and each time I contacted him or added something it was not a problem and the price was more than fair. I also had a specific request for the patio and they were the only staging company willing to go out of their way for this request and it made a big difference. Panda Pawer transformed my condo into a beautiful and welcoming place to live. I asked for modern, clean, bright, but livable and they delivered perfectly. I was not there for the open house, but my realtor said every person commented on how good it looked and the other realtors asked for Panda's contact. They also recommended a very professional and reasonable photographer for my photos and that worked out great as well. If you are deciding between staging companies, like I was, you will not be disappointed using them. It was a personal service from people who really care and you definitely get what you pay for and will get the results you are hoping for. Added Bonus - I somehow overpaid by $300 and Kevin contacted me to let me know I over paid and sent a check over the next day for the difference. I would have never caught this and this shows exactly who they are as people and a company. Thank you for my first and best experience using a staging company.
