?????EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE I had a hard gel overlay pop up on two fingers in about 6 days after the original service. The lowest level of customer service is being offered as I am here having the nails repaired. I’m soooo SAD I ever spent money here. DO NOT COME HERE if you want quality nail care or customer service.?????Services: Gel manicures

I had a gel mani/ped done here , but it started peeling off since day one both hands and feet . I went back to the salon to have it fixed and they charged me to redo it. I was okay with paying half the price, but unfortunately, the gel started coming off again on the first day. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this salon for gel manicures as the quality was poor and it ended up being a waste of money. I don’t recommend

You shouldn’t have to walk home from a simple mani/pedi in pain to soak your finger in neosporin and worry about the ingrown toenails you’re definitely going to have within a week. That’s all I’m saying.

I tried to give this place another shot. It has been the worst pedicure the last few times in a year. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience for even being there. My foot pushed and pulled all Over. Painful. Put the scrub on my leg and washed off immediately. I won't be going back.

I love this place. I've been getting my nails done for over 30 years. I'm one of those dedicated clients who would drive the distance for my peeps. I found this place by asking fellow gym member about her nails. Prior to I had been driving from the valley to Long Beach to my nail guy who had been my person gif over 15 years . Hour up and back not including 2 hour service hands and feet . My nails are long. Any who I was told all the operators are good. Never have I ever went to a shop without an appointment for my select person. This shop has changed my life. I've tried different people every time and they all have been superb. You can schedule an appointment. But I love the freedom of walking I and getting started within 5-10 minutes. FYI. It's cash only, but they have atm inside the shop.

I've come here 3 times and have had mixed experiences. I'm a man whose cuticles are tough and grow up onto the nails. After about 100 manicures I've learned that it is best to push the cuticles back twice and cut them twice for optimal results. The first 2 times I came, the results were superb, with the only problem being an undisclosed charge for buffing during one visit. I've been to about 10 different shops over 25 years and NEVER been charged extra for buffing. I had to argue with the manager for 5 minutes to get the extra fee dropped, since I was not charged the price I was quoted on the telephone. A sign with their rates would help eliminate this problem. The third time I came the manicurist was not nearly as skilled as the first two. Before she started I informed her that my cuticles were tough and it's best to push them back twice. However, she used a less effective tool to push them back, and only did it once. She did not use abrasive foam to eliminate ridges on the nail tops, and did not rinse my hands. She only spent about 1/2 the time working on them as the first two manicurists had spent. As a result, most of my nails still had some cuticle remaining on top. I spoke to the manager about this and she instructed the manicurist to work on them some more, but it should not have been necessary for me to have spoken out. While I will go there again, I will request to only be assigned a technician with experience with men's nails and ensure they push and cut the cuticles twice.

The only nail salon I'll go to in LA. There are no bad nail techs here. You can't go wrong! It can get very busy, so make sure you are prepared to wait if you go later in the day.

Totally lost my business!!! Do not go to nail tech named KELLY. She was rude and aggressive AF! removing my old acrylics. Let alone she almost ripped off my left pinky nail and she still couldn't take off a small piece of the old acrylic and I had to do it myself trying to be careful. She was also rough when filing them down and just seemed like she just wanted to get the job done. Moving forward...I go to another nail salon referred by a friend last Wednesday and the guy tells me after removing Kelly's BS work that I have a fungus on that same left pinky. The only finger that Pampered Hands can work on is my middle finger cause that's what their gonna see!!!...SMH Never again.

The ladies in this shop can be rude as f**** They talk about you in front of you but little did they know my best friend is Vietnamese so all I have to do is call her and let her listen to their conversations and she tells me word for word that they say. They make up prices on the spot. I recommend asking for prices before you sit down and have work done because you will be extremely upset when it's time to pay.

This place is always great ! My fav nail tech unfortunately now only works on one day a week but everybody there that I've had I have to say is good and they have a certain standard which I appreciate! ... they do pay attention to detail and they go out of their way to make sure that you were accommodated. ... only thing is their parking can be an issue there's parking in the back if you don't mind paying sometimes if you go early enough in the morning it's free because the parking attendant hasn't even been there yet.

This place is hit or miss and today is the last miss for me.The staff is nice sometimes and indifferent other times but also have rude moments. They have you put your name on a list but they don't manage it well so they can't always keep track of who came in when and the order is often out of whack. If you say something about the order being messed up the lady at the front who manages the list is extremely rude about you correcting her. Ive been told the people went in front of me because of the service I'm getting or I'm told that I'm wrong and people came before me though I know I was there far before other people. The techs are also extremely nice some days but then quite rude other days as though they don't remember how well your previous reaction was. The constant change in temperament here is ridiculous and unacceptable but ultimately leaves me feeling uncomfortable when I come so today has been my last trip. I'm sure when management reads this they'll shrug it off because they treat certain people certain ways all of the time. It truly just depends on the day if it's your day. Sad but I wouldn't recommend spending time or money here.Services: Nail art
