“Didn't expect to have such a great experience at a paint store, or any experience really. Buy paint and leave was my goal. Apparently that's hard to do when you have no paint knowledge. Brisa to the rescue! She was so helpful! She walked me through each sheen, different grades of paint for different rooms, and waited patiently while I called my painter. I left with confidence, which is a great feeling after being frazzled by colors and costs. I returned days later for more of the same wall color and stupidly brought my Home Depot color match sample and not the Dunn Edwards formula I was actively using. Despite being busy, Brisa and crew found my formula in the computer and got me exactly what I needed! Thanks, y'all! Also, don't sleep on the sick merch. My whole household is repping Dunn Edwards.”

Even though there's been times where I've gone there to make a purchase and their system was down and they couldn't sell anything or other times where the store was not open during hours of operation, I have had excellent customer service Experiences every time. The most recent was yesterday when I visited the store to purchase additional paint and Ryan was so patient and doing a color match for me and then another canned that I needed it which they didn't have in stock for him to locate at another location and tell me that he could actually drop it off first thing tomorrow morning on his way to work as I am two blocks away from the store customer service at its finest! “I wanted to convert HI TEMP auto engine paint from cans to aerosol. This is one of the only shops in town that still does this. The auto paint department is separate from the other divisions that deal with house and flooring although they are at the same location on S. Vermont Avenue. Their prices are very reasonable and they did it for me while I waited. Alfonso Vasquez helped me and really know his stuff. Terrific professional service and friendly.”

“I work in the area around this paint supply store, and I drive past it all the time. It's the only store like it I know about, and I was given some projects to do at work that involved painting vehicles, so I went to see what they had.
It's a little store you walk in, and you're at the counter. You don't wander around and waste time or
Get confused by an overload of products.
The woman at the counter is super nice and knows her stuff about the products they carry. I was looking for some paint to fix a transit van. I've been back for supplies on a prius paint job, too. Both times had a great experience. I showed the paint code for the color I needed, and they made it in a couple minutes and I was shown some options for clear coat and polishing compounds, etc. Everything was labeled by hand, and she wrote the mix ratio for the paint + reducer and clear+ hardener to make it all work.
Just very attentive and made sure I knew how to use everything and was really pleasant to talk to. That kind of one on one service is becoming rare, and it was nice to get some insight and advice from someone who wanted to make sure I was taken care of. The gentleman in the back that makes the paint is real kind and asks about what you're painting and makes sure you're getting the correct products. I will always come here first for now on. The prices are really reasonable, the employees are knowledgeable and attentive and it's quick.
What more could you ask for.
