Went this most recent weekend, very very odd and rude customer service. I was looking at the Jean pants and trying to find my size and they don’t the bigger sizes on display like the 32 or 33s, the male staff had to “go upstairs.” But I was still unsure I wanted the pants and was giving them a good look at and the male staff with an English accent (I think) snatched them out of my hands and said he would hold them. It was such a bizarre and odd encounter. There was another customer there with her son and the staff offered him some water while waiting for his Mother to try on jeans. This place is in the heart of LA and all customers should be treated equally. This store needs to hire new staff and they need more customer service care skills and diversity training. I purchased the jeans but because the lingering thoughts and experience I will be returning and can have a joyful experience doing online shopping at their website.

Drove 35 minutes to come to this location and as per hours says it’s open but there was a sign on the door saying “sorry we missed you” very frustrating.

This is for an online experience and has nothing to do with The Grove store.I completed an online order on 12/3 and didn’t hear anything else from them after the received their payment. On 12/27, I received an email that the product wasn’t available after I initiated contact with the company on 12/23 by calling and emailing multiple times. Was told in the email that I would receive my refund within 3-5 days…and I haven’t received anything.I own at least 15 pair of Paige Denim jeans, however this was my first time ordering directly from the actual company rather than inside of Bloomingdale’s or Nordstrom. Terrible experience.I’m no longer interested in supporting this company anymore at all as a result. Save time and do not order online.

I call and call and call, no answer and what's worse their mail box is always full which means no one checks their messages. Horrible sales help, I'd fire everyone of them.

This is for an online experience and has nothing to do with The Grove store. 11/28 ordered a pair of jeans and they still haven't arrived. No tracking and cannot get in touch with anyone at Paige for an update. Called multiple times and sit on hold forever- I resorted to calling an actual store in CA (live in TN) and they said they aren't able to see my online order. Hoping someone might contact me after seeing this post.

I am writing this as an extremely concerned and mistreated customer who bought pants from and dealt directly with Paige Denim, LLC. I was lied to, deceived, misled, manipulated, and overall extremely disappointed with Paige's team on all levels over a 2-month period. I would like to make clear that this complaint is based solely on dealing directly with Paige and the people representing their customer care, customer service, management, operations, and ownership; all of which mistreated and deceived a customer. To make clear I did receive a refund, but no refund can ever rectify the time, emotional distress and deceitful manipulation that I went through. Paige Denim, LLC., as a whole are the personification of a company that has absolutely zero customer care or concern, and I hope no customer will ever go through what I did. I would like to go into more detail of what happened. I placed an online order directly from Paige, ( paige.com ), on 11/30/2020 and my dealings with them was not completed until 1/21/2021. In between that 2-month period I went through a rollercoaster that no person or customer should ever go through in their lives. That is the reason I am writing this complaint, to warn all potential customers thinking about purchasing products directly from Paige Denim, LLC. The one request I had after 2 months of wait and deceit was to speak to the CEO/Owner as according to Kristina and Amanda 'the only person above them is the CEO.' What happened next is the accumulation of what Paige stands for, Deception.

[email protected] (#5.1.1) The question I ask the reader is; If the company owner can care less about a customer, why should a customer ever care to give business to Paige Denim, LLC.?

This is for their online orders, which came from their LA store. Well 0 stars for trashhhhhhhhh customer service. My first order at Paige was a leather jacket. Exchanged it for a smaller size and followed up twice to see if the exchange was processing, which they confirmed it was. Waited 2-3 more weeks and no response. Followed up again and apparently the size is now no longer available so they're going to issue me a refund. Wait 2 weeks and no refund. Had to follow-up AGAIN for them to process the refund, which I hope actually happened. TLDR: Didn't realize what I was getting myself into when I made one purchase on Paige. A lot of headache and time and no positive return. Pro tip: work on your customer service to attract/retain customers. Your customer service genuinely is trash.

I'd recommend speaking with Alanna for any Paige purchase. She knows the styles and fits very well so you won't have to try many sizes and styles to find the best fit. Paige doesn't have the best return policy so you want someone who's knowledgeable and friendly to help you shop.

I had spent the day looking for jeans that would flatter.. the usual suspects at The Grove: Madewell, Gap, J Crew, Banana Republic, and Nordstrom. No luck. As a last ditch, I walked into Paige. I hadn't noticed this quaint store at The Grove before. Dominique was incredibly helpful and found my size in two styles. At home, I realized that with shoes, one of the styles didn't look right (I'm 5'1" and they are cropped). Because we are in Corona quarantine and the store is closed, I called for help with a return. Store Manager Alanna assisted me with the return. Not only did I find pants that worked, but the customer service is exceptional.

Paige Jeans have typically been WONDERFUL, my go to jeans. The product is not the problem, the customer service at the Grove location is! I purchased a pair of jeans for a trip. After their first wash, the color bled and washed out so they were not wearable. I figured it was a fluke, so I returned the jeans to the Grove store where I purchased them. The jeans were 3 months old and had only been worn once and washed once. The manager at the store agreed that the jeans were faulty, but was very condescending, rude and downright MEAN when it came to a resolution. She questioned how I washed them and shamed me for probably not taking care of them, all said as she rolled her eyes. I have 6 pairs of Paige jeans and never had a problem, I know how to take care of my clothing - cold water, gentle cycle, hang dry. The manager then told me that they couldn't do anything about it because I was past the 30 day return window. After shaming and scolding me for another 2 or 3 minutes she agreed to return them for in store stock only. Even if out of the size, they would not go to any extra effort to accommodate me. In the middle on June, inventory was low, but I did find a pair of jeans. The manager then told me that these jeans were final sale so I "better take care of them properly this time," all said with yet another eye roll. I reached out to corporate to share my experience with them. They merely had a different manager from the Paige Grove store call me and apologize on my voicemail. The customer service was very disappointing and I will never set foot in that store again. I will take my business to Nordstrom and like minded stores who value and appreciate their customers. Save yourself the headache and trouble of shopping at this store!

The associates that works at this store is the worst that I have ever experienced. They were not helpful and hovers over the customers like a hawk as if we’re thieves. My girlfriend asked for their assistance to look for sizes and they didn’t even offer any help or recommend any styles.
