We lived here for a little over two years and moved out in March due to moving to another state. Scott, who's the property manager, and Nelson, savior who fixes everything, were fantastic and always very responsive. As with any apartment, things go wrong, but the follow up was always very quick and the fixes were not just bandaid solutions. The reviews made us choose this place over another, so hoping I can pass along the same confidence.

My husband and I just moved after living in these apartments for 2.5 years. We loved living here but mostly because Scott is the best property manager ever! Truly. He goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of, goes above and beyond. We will miss him the most about living here!

I love living here! My family and I are so happy and we feel safe. The staff is amazing honestly Scott and Nelson always helping us with whatever we need making us feel comfortable. My kids know Scott and Nelson so well and I really appreciate it everything that they do for us! Don’t think about moving in here just do it, you won’t regret it! If you have kids totally move in, my kids need friends to play all day!

I have been living at Pacific Rose for 2.5 years now. The manager here is great. He is one of the best. He is attentive, and cares about the residents.However, I have some gripes about the cheapness of the owner. There are some issues about this apartment that need to be fixed. There are some extremely cheap materials that need to be updated, but the owner of the apartments won't update it. For instance, this apartment is right near a very busy street with a lot of noise. The windows in the living room and kitchen are probably 20 years old. They are so thin that they shake when a truck drives by.My heater breaks probably every month. That apartment manager always comes and fixes it that day, but he can't really do anything more than spot fix it when it breaks, rather than replace it. My heater is around 40 years old.My ac unit in the kitchen is placed in the worst position it could be placed. It's placed in a spot that won't cool down the apartment at all, and it's an ancient and cheap ac unit.The laundry facility is probably the worst laundry facilities I've dealt with. This year alone the washers and dryers broke 3 times. It's April 4th. It can take weeks to be repaired as well. And there is not enough washers and dryers for the amount of apartment units. This is because the owner won't update the plumbing to handle more washers and dryers.None of this is the fault of the apartment manager, but it is the fault of the owners who won't update the apartments because they won't spend the money.If rent of this place was much cheaper, I wouldn't complain, but they do charge quite high rent prices. So I would expect at least my windows, heater, AC, and laundry work properly and insulate my apartment properly.

Enjoy the building and community. But definitely the MVPs are Scott and Nelson. They simply knock it out of the park. They are always great to chat with in passing, they handle anything that comes up with a speed that's mind boggling, considering other places I've lived. Big props to them!
