Outrageous with the pricing, these are used clothes and they price their merchandise like it's brand new.

I've visited many out of the closet stores, by far the prices are higher in this b location. Maybe they're trying to remodel the store maybe there is Gato Encerrado.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOUR PRICES!!!!???? It's crazy! I have been shopping @ all the OOTC's for at least 20 years. And just recently I dropped by the San Fernando shop. Pardon my French, but WTF!!!!??? Somebody's gone crazy with the pricing gun and the sky's the limit. I'm not saying they don't still get great stuff. They do. But now clothes prices approach Nordstrom Rack level. Or T.J. Max. Take your pick. Even the smaller bric-a-brac is suddenly way, way more expensive. And this stuff is donated, folks! You get it free! Hey, guys! It's a THRIFT STORE! Customers are supposed to enjoy considerable savings to their wallet and purse. I believe you're suffering from "greed-flation." Maybe not suffering. More like taking advantage of a trend. And US! You realize places like yours - which not only use proceeds for a great cause - are also a haven for those of us who may in fact need a break. Shame on you. After years of donating to help, and buying to help, I'm going to have to spend my hard earned pay on people who truly do seem to understand the idea of charity and thrift and community. You've ruined it. And your reputation. I know. I'm just one little insignificant voice. But I have lots of friends. And I've endorsed you to them over the years. Well, you can forget that now. Again I say, shame on you. Yeah, that term "greed-flation," fits you to a tee.

What a bummer, I used to love coming to this place. Clean, staff friendly, convenient parking, and great cause!!But unfortunately they got greedy like all the thrift stores in LA, the prices are laughable. These items are donated and they are overpricing even when the originally retails price is barely more. So sadly, I never go here at all anymore. I just can't justify donated items with inflated prices, greed gets the best of them, sadly. Be better, OOTC, your cause is so worthy!

One of the more hidden gems out of all thrift stores you can find in LA. Bonus helping the community without religion!

I love all the out of the closet locations so it's hard to pick a favorite but this might be it. (The weho used to be but things change, it's still my second fav) Reasoning: they have items in usually the best condition(Atwater location has the worst, most things are worn but they do get good inventory as well) & it's more lowkey here. Spacious and low lit lighting. Doesn't really get packed unless there's a sale. There's always hidden gems and I find the pricing to be fair - and they don't mark things crazily like the weho & East Hollywood ones do sometimes. Super festive during the holidays! They always decorate the store especially on Halloween and Christmas. Parking is awkward as to get here you'd have to enter through a one way street full of industrial companies with trucks taking a lot of the street parking. It's usually not a problem to find a spot however on street cleaning hours you might have to walk a bit. Overall, excellent condition items with fair pricing and friendly staff. Worth coming to!

Way overpriced, considering the fact that nothing is organized, can't try on or exchange anything. Not even a mirror in that place.

Great thrift store. I've had the most luck buying furniture here. The clothing selection and pricing leaves something to be desired. However, they donate 96% of proceeds to a great cause which makes me feel confident that spending my money here is worthwhile.
