Went at 4 am, the change machine is off and the dryers weren’t working. No staff but it was open. Waste of time.

Great service the guy on the council was awesome and helped me figure out the machines and get it all sorted.
Ptpt if you’re travelling and buy detergent, make sure to take it out of your carry on .. whoops ?

The machines were not very clean, the whole place made me pretty disappointed. There was someone high off their face just laying face down on one of the washing machines and nobody did anything. I'm definitely not going back there.

Machine is serviceable. No seatings if you want to wait. Change machine and vending machine on site.

I had a great experience at this Laundromat. I travel to LA frequently and found this is the best one I have been to in the area. The staff is friendly. When I went it wasn't too crowded and overall very clean.

Been coming here awhile and generally like this laundromat. The staff is certainly very nice on the rare occasion I've needed to interact with them. But as time has gone on, many of the machines have fallen into disrepair. Quite a few don't have working card readers anymore. And a number of driers that are in service are just not well-maintained. So it's very hit or miss if your stuff will actually get dried in the time you're expecting depending on machine.

Friendly staff. Paid $48 for same day service. all items came back clean, folded and well packaged, some had shrunk in size and now unwearable

Great option for washing and drying, practical and economical. Washing and drying 1 suitcase costs approximately $6.You can buy soap too.

I'm only giving this place a full rating because of Angel. He really makes it easy to want to come here. However the lady that works there is the worst. She is rude. She banged on me for getting quarters thinking I wasn't doing laundry. I've spent hundreds of dollars at this place over the years and this girl tried calling me out acting like I shouldn't be getting change. Be aware of your customers like Angel is! if she working I am going to wear dirty clothes until angel is working.

i will never wash here. i went in today to attempt to wash. i parked and walked in to get my quarters first and hadnt even finished unloading my trunk. and the manager walked up harassing me assuming i was just here for quarter. i told her i was goin to wash and would show her my laundry. i was so humiliated in the way i was treated today by this lady. not sure if she did this because she is racist or judging me because of my tattoos. everyone saw her do this. this is not acceptable AT ALL

I will NEVER come here again. I asked the lady at the front desk for more quarters as I had cash. She not only didn't have any quarters, she was very rude to me. She asked me "are you even doing laundry here?" Of course I am! I am in the middle of my load needing more quarters to finish the rest of my laundry! I am taking the rest of my laundry somewhere else, not going to give any more money or time to this business. I am still sitting here waiting on my laundry. Can't wait to leave this place of business. I will say, they do have a nice selection of detergent, dryer sheets, etc if you forgot yours or run out while doing laundry.

Clean, tidy place. Lots of good quality machines. I was assisted by Ollie, She was very helpful, professional and kind, even though I was quite obviously a tourist and one-time visitor.
