This lady, for no reason at all, decided to be the absolute rudest O'Reilly's employee I've ever encountered.
I walked in, went straight to the customer help stations w receipt in hand.. I was returning a tool I rented 3 days earlier at the O'Reilly's by my house. I just got off work and remembered I needed to take back so I went to the closest location to me.
She received both the tool I rented and a socket I had purchased and was returning too, she continued to thoroughly inspect the socket, insinuating I had used and was returning after I was done with it (which wasn't the case). Then she looked at the receipt, and quickly denied my return as it wasn't the same location I originally rented from. I explained I've never encountered this problem or of the hundreds of times I've rented tools from them. She then asked b her coworker, and dude was like, yeah, we accept the return regardless.
Then, w a snarky look on her face, looked again at the receipt and said. OP, LOOK HERE. IT SAYS 48HRS. YOU HAVE 48HRS TO RETURN TOOLS. WE CAN'T ACCEPT IT.
luckily her coworker was there yet again to correct her and said yes we'll accept the return.
Like, Jesus christ. She tried everything in her power to make it the absolute worst experience at an O'Reilly's in my life. Well, congratulations lady. You were 100% successful.

Gary took great care of a problem that I was having with my battery. He explained the issue clearly and resolved it. Great customer service!

The customer service at O'Reilly has really made the difference. My car battery died and I was stranded in Venice. I had called ahead to see if they had my battery in stock and if there was a tech that would be around to help me swap out the battery. They said yes and I couldn't be more elated. William helped me not only swap out my battery but also windshield wipers because those were also long overdue. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me out when I was in a bind.

My engine was overheating, and a worker saw me pull into the parking lot with steam coming out from under my hood. Gary approached me to help diagnose the situation and help me understand what I needed to fix my problem. I got good, practical advice and I would highly recommend this location.
