Wasn't greeted, girl on phone didn't hear her talking about parts no car info over 13mins no acknowledgement, guy came out the back look at her said you see customer she shook head I saw someone else walk by I said excuse me, he said he didn't speak English, got her attention and she continued her convo, of course I walked out went and spent my money else where San Pedro and Florence ave, don't go there

Customer service is horrible, they are never on top of the service. There is always a big line and associate are often not doing anything.

I'm thrilled to share my positive experience with Angel and his exceptional customer service! I recently made a purchase, but unfortunately, the windshield wipers I requested assistance with were not included. However, Angel went above and beyond to help me with the installation process. He was incredibly respectful and assisted me without any problems. I truly appreciate his dedication and support!

Unfortunately I was having issues with my car & I went so that they could run a diagnosis on my battery. The first gentleman that assisted me was Andrew so helpful!! He even gave me a jump to get back home lol. I went back today to pick up my new battery and Bryan help me & really went above and beyond!! He installed my battery for me in this heat! Thank you O’Reilly guys so much appreciate the great customer service

This place is trash all the way around. You walk in there’s a long line because the employees are on the phones helping customers. You call and they put you on hold right after they say “thank you for calling orileys” just pathetic place has been like this since day one.

Having battery issues with charging. They went the extra mile to get me the voltage I needed temporarily whereas autozone on mains morning MGR was rude and could seem to care less. Been going to both chains bout 30 YRS. Crews come and go but store disposition should remain the same....
